- wrath replies to Georgyne| 2 repliesMany, many, many complaints about this company. You didn’t tell the company you ordered from that it was ok to give your credit card info to anyone to let them use, and you didn’t give it directly to ‘complete savings’. You had no way of knowing that there was a third party company who had now aquired your account info. Call this company and demand your money back. Also call your bank and ask to speak to the ‘claims’ department. Then file a report with the BBB. It seems that the company is using, in addition to other methods, the tactic of being quick to refund money to everyone who complains. I am guessing that their thinking in this is that if they do this, then people will be a little pissed off, but they will have their money back, and they won’t do anything. Meanwhile all the people who don’t notice the relatively small charge, or who don’t think to fight for a refund, have handed these scammers some free money. Working in the numbers they do, tacking their scam onto so many sales from so many companies, they probably sneak through thousands of scam charges on people for every one that is caught, so in the long run the numbers work out for them. Their defense to the BBB seems to simply be to say that they send emails to people, and the BBB is probably just unsure enough of how this works out legally, as confusing as the workings of the interenet can be, for it to go on.

- Cindy| 2 repliesI noticed the same charge on my statement from "complete savings" I call the number 1-800-826-1885. Was informed that "someone" in my household signed up for this... I told the lady that there is NO ONE else in my household and that this was some kind of SCAM and that I in FACT did not sign up for this I am VERY careful of what I click and sign up for and that I wanted it CANCELLED and my money refunded and that I was calling my bank and the BBB to inform them of the way "Complete Savings" stoled my money. She cancelled the account and gave me a cancelation conformation number says that it will be back in my account in the next 3-5 days. If it is not I will be calling them back. Never again will I order a pizza from PIZZA HUT!!!!!
- Slf57 replies to VERITAS45I called to cancel this; also happened when I used FTD to order flowers for Mother's Day. When you call them, get a confirmation number. They say they will e-mail it but I never got it. They did refund my $12.00.
- Otaku PhoenixI, too, had the same problem. I was ignorant of it for three months and finally decided to figure the problem out. I first called my bank and they told me it was associated with a 1-800#. So immediately I 'googled' the number and got this blog site. I read most of your guys' posts and took action. I called that number as well and a strangely nice woman took my call. She asked for my last name, zip, and e-mail address. I found out that Pizza Hut had me down for some damn ad offer. She canceled it and told me that I would be refunded in the next 3-5 business days. Thank god! Those [***], but shame on me tho.
- Phoenix, AZJust wanted everyone to know that Pizza Hut isn't the only busines that does this. I ordered a gift card from FASHION BUG for my daughter and this $12 charge appeared on my bank statement.

Consumer Affairs - houston| 1 replyPreviously ordered pizza online with my debit card. Daughter placed an order and paid cash (didn't have my card info). My card was charged by Complete Savings from the daughter's order. I checked and do not have a care number associated with this account. So Pizza Hut is not only providing them with card numbers but somehow retaining card info from previous orders!
Disputed with my bank and the next day received an email they would cancel and refund. Found this site by googling telephone on email.- Caller: Complete Savings
- THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS replies to houstonI just received my bill as well and the same bull happened. They say I automatically enrolled when i ordered contacts from Vision Direct. Though the customer service rep for this thieving company was polite, I do not feel like i should have to waste my time. I am outraged. What else can we do?
- nonesuch1-800-826-1885 charged me $12 via some obscure "$10 off coupon"
thing at etix.com. Called 'em and they "canceled" my service
(which I didn't realize I had purchased and have never used) and
say they'll credit my account the $12. - SIMBASMAMAI didn't receive a call, but found a $12.00 charge on my Discovercard statement. I came to this site first and found out it has something to do with ordering Pizza Hut pizza online which we did on the date of the charge. I ORDERED the person I spoke to to immediately cancel something she said we were signed up for and going to be charged $12 each month. I ordered her to refund my $12. She says this will be done within 3-5 business days and I will be watching. Must suck to have that gal's job with all these angry people calling.

- JerBearsMOMThis charge was "pending" for at least a week on my account before it finally went through so I could call my bank and get the 1800 number. How sneaky for them to count on people not looking at their statements closely/ thinking it's a charge they made and simply forgot about. Glad I Googled the number and came here. Pizza Hut and other companies that do business with Complete Savings should be punished for selling our info to these jerks!

- Gin replies to CindyYeah, mine's similar. I've been using the internet for years to order stuff and I've never had anything like this happen. I sent Pizza Hut a rather irate letter, like that'll do anything. I'm just really pissed over the entire situation. I feel like I've been violated.
- KatThe same thing happened to me, except I never ordered anything from Pizza Hut and have no idea how that $12 charge got on my account. As far as I remember I did not do any online purchases the day the charge was posted so they must have got my credit card number some other time or who the hell knows how. I will call them tomorrow and dispute, but this is ridiculous.
- mapjonesI had the same thing happen to me. $12.00 for last 2 months. I thought maybe I forgot about it last month, but when it happened again and searched the Internet... I found these posts!! THANKS!!
I have already emailed the company and will call tomorrow. I also send Pizza Hut a complaint as I ordered from them last month too. I will file with BBB too! I am glad to hear they paid many of you back, but I am pushing this as they are unauthorized to STEAL our money from us to begin with!!- Caller: Complete savings
