Same issue, different day.  More than 4 years ago, I cancelled a security system account, after more than 5 years with the company.  I was told that the service would be cancelled.  Different companies, such as DRS, call me constantly, when I offer to pay, they yell, use foul langugae and indicate unless I give them my credit card information or checking account information over the phone, they will not accept any other payment.  I've contacted the BBB and my State's attorney's office to inquire about such business practices.  To this day, I've not been given a forwarding address to pay any debt.  The monthly fee for the service in question was $30.   You'd think this would be waived or something at this point.  But they wouldn't allow me to pay by mail.

I have been called regarding a debt with Sprint, which I have never had s Sprint account. These people call sometimes 2-3 times a day, have received a cease and desist letter, I have sought legal advise, and they still continue. The people are extremely rude, and you can never speak with a supervisor. Is there a class action suit against this company yet? Because if there is, then I am on board!

I've documented them calling my employment for the last 3 weeks once a week and me telling them not to call me at my employment anymore! They keep calling this is for a Sprint Phone someone got in my name in 2001/2002 and I've disputed it and got it deleted from 2/3 of the credit bureaus. I've told them to stop calling my employment months ago but didn't document it until now. I told them the person they're looking for isn't allowed personal calls and they told me she needs to call and give them another # to contact her with...lol Yea right Today he he would only say it was a personal business matter--umm at my employment...yea right

These [***] have called me no less than 45 times in the last 30 days. When you do call back, you either get the Nancy Miller pre-recorded message or some non-English speaking person. Based on other collections calls I receive at my somewhat new telephone number, they are seeking a Hispanic woman, not an Irish guy...I have a number of close contacts in the Nassau County DA's office and have discussed this with them - they would not confirm that the alleged principals are based in New York, but they did confirm they are under investigation.

I hope NYS reinstates the death penalty for these scumbags - I'd gladly do it myself...

I get calls from these *people* at least 3x a day.  I never answer them.  I am going to block them on my phone and hopefully these calls will then stop.  This has been going on for at least the last year.  My feeling is, if you do not let your phone number come through on my caller ID, then I dont pick it up.  I will let y'all know if the blocking works....

These people need to be stopped and now not tomorrow. My husband and I have been dealing with these people sense 2002 and he is a victim of identity theft. I spent countless days and nights putting together identity theft packets for the credit bureaus and banks etc., and I sent Debt Recovery Solutions a packet certified mail. Well to make a long story short Nancy the same lady who has been threatening and harrassing me told me I was lying. I have the signed copy of the certified mail I sent and the identity packet with notarized copies of everything needed. She tells me my husband was living a double life because the bill for sprint is from Las Vegas and we have lived in utah all of our lives. I asked to speak to her supervisor on one occasion and she laughed at me and said I bet you would like that, and hung up on me. I called her back at least 6 times that day and I was hung up on by more than 1 person. I could almost go postal on these people. We all need to make a single case with what we have and put an end to it now....They have ruined our credit and they need to be ruined, and I am being nice, hard to do with animals like that. Same # 800-851-9631 I just do not answer or turn on my answering machine enough is enough. I hope Carma bites these JERKS real soon, and hard. Send them to the slammer and let them rot!!!!

They have called here multiple times looking for someone who has the same last name as me.  It doesn't matter I have no idea who this person is, but they did say they would take me off their list of calls, when I told them I would be pressing harrasment charges if they ever called again.  They would not give their names, not surprisingly.  Now the question is... will they call back?
