This "Nancy Miller called and left a number I am supposed to call back on but won't. This number has been showing up on my Caller ID a few times.I Googled it and got to this forum ! Thanks everyone!!

Calls from this number coming in at least 3 times per week or more. I have answered the call only to find that it is a recording and an uninterrupted one at that. I have called the number the recording leaves as a contact number and I hear Nancy Miller's voice on the recording asking me to call back during business hours which I have. There is no getting in contact with this person to put a stop to the harassment.

I had been getting the calls for a couple of months, I don't have any debts so I called the number back to inquire. They asked for the number they were calling, I gave it to them, and the lady, who was actually polite, said that they were looking for a man whom I had never heard of. I told her that nobody by that name lives here, and she quickly said "I'm sorry for the calls, we will stop calling this number now and please allow 5 days to stop." and then hung up. Seems simple enough, the last guy who had my phone number probably owed someone something.

Just got a call from this person.  didnt answer but now that I have seen this site, I will not answer.  Drs Technology call back 18008074106.  didn't leave a name as to who they were calling for or why.

I began receiving harrassing phone calls from DRS Technology (or whoever they really are) a very short while after switching over to Comcast cable for my high-definition television, internet access, and telephone services.  I highly suspect that Comcast may have provided these scam artists my private and confidential phone number since they (Comcast) is the ONLY ones that know this number.  All of my friends and acquaintances always call my cell phone and do NOT have the number that Comcast assigned to me.  Considering that my credit is very good and I do NOT owe ANYONE any money, what they are doing is nothing but a SCAM and once I get sufficient proof both DRS Technology and Comcast will be facing a very public lawsuit.  I plan to notify Comcast that I want a block against the phone number that's being used to call me and switch to a different number.  If they continue to call me after I have made the switch then I will know that Comcast is part of the scam!

THERE'S ANOTHER COLLECTION AGENCY IN ESCONDIDO, CA 92064, THAT USES THE SAME P.O. BOX ADDRESS.

THE #1 BIGGEST PROBLEM WITH ALLEGEDLY OWING THIS DEBT, IS THAT (1) I HAVE NEVER PURCHASED A $48,000 DELL PC, OR ANY OTHER COMPUTER ANYWHERE NEAR THAT AMOUNT. (2) THE LAST TIME I PURCHASED A DELL PC (INSPIRON 8100 LAPTOP, 866MHZ, (WHOPPING 500 MB MEMORY, (OPTIONAL) 20GB HD), FOR $1644.87.

THIS IS THE 3RD SUCH DEBT COLLECTION LETTER FROM THESE IDIOTS SINCE DECEMBER.

MOST PEOPLE WOULD (PROBABLY) SAY TO WRITE THEM A "CEASE & DESIST" LETTER TO GET THEM OFF MY BACK. YES. THAT IS PROBABLY THE RIGHT THING TO DO, AND IT'S EASIER SAID THAN DONE.

MY WAY OF THINKING IS THIS;
1.  THE ACCUSER HAS TO SHOW PROOF, AND THE PROOF IS IN THE DETAILS.  I DON'T HAVE
    TO CALL, WRITE OR SHOW ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO THIS DEBT COLLECTION AGENCY OR
    ANYONE ELSE.  

2.  WHAT I WILL MAKE THEM DO IS SUE ME IN SUPERIOR COURT OR SMALL CLAIMS COURT
   FOR THE OWING DEBT.  ALL THEY HAVE TO DO IS PRESENT THEIR LEGAL, VERIFIABLE
   ABSOLUTE FOOL PROOF DOCUMENTS TO THE JUDGE THAT CLEARLY SHOWS I OWE THIS
   DEBT.  THEY CAN'T AND WON'T BE ABLE TO DO THAT BECAUSE I NEVER BOUGHT A $48,000
   PC FROM DELL OR ANY OTHER PC MAKER.

3. THEY ARE OFFERING ME TO MAKE A 25% SETTLEMENT ($265.97) ON THE OWING BALANCE.
   25% (SETTLEMENT PAYMENT) OF $48,796.72 IS $12,199.18.  SO WHERE DO THEY COME UP
   WITH $265.97 AS BEING 25% OF $48,796.72?  

4. (1) I DON'T OWE THIS DEBT. (2) I NEVER MADE THIS DEBT. (3) ARS OR ANY OTHER COLLECT
   AGENCY ANYWHERE IN THE USA CAN'T PROVE I OWE THIS DEBT. (4) THEY WILL HAVE TO

I keep receiving calls from this 800 # I don't owe any depts that I know of but they keep harrassing me day after day I want it to STOP IMMEDIATELY, I never answer and they never leave a message, I will file several complaints to who or whom ever I have too in order to STOP this unnecessariness.......

I started getting calls from DRS Technology (if that's who they REALLY are?!) shortly after switching to Comcast cable.  I'm thinking that they provided my personal information to them (perhaps to make an extra buck?) and then the calls started coming in at least twice a day.  They stopped coming for a day or two then they started up again, and the cycle kept repeating.  I had Comcast change my phone number but, you guessed it, shortly after they changed the number the harrassing calls started up again and I'm back to the same tired routine of DRS Technology harrassing us for bills that WE DO NOT OWE!!!  My credit is very good and there is NO reason whatsoever for this company to call harrassing me about overdue bills when none are due!  Finally, we added their incoming 800 phone number to our Blocked calls list and we haven't heard from them (to date) after around two weeks time.  You watch, if we change our phone number through Comcast it will start up again.  Therefore, we are notifying the proper authorities of what we think they are doing and hopefully an investigation will find out the facts.

I received a call from this number asking me to call a Nancy Miller back about an important business matter.  This is not a real debt collection agency, as debt collections agencies are required by law to notify you that this is an attempt to collect a debt.  Report them to www.donotcall.gov

I have been registered with the DO NOT CALL service for a very long time.  I have reported these jerks OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN to the Do Not Call service and they do absolutely NOTHING!!!  I finally put a BLOCK on my phone line through my phone provider and haven't received a single call from them since.  By the way, there are several phone numbers they use so make certain that you put a block on every one of them that you received.  Best to have a Caller I.D. to identify the exact number they called "from" in addition to the number that they give you on the recording.

By the way, there is actually NO SUCH PERSON as Nancy Miller!!!  It happens to be a phony code name that lets them know that you received their "Nancy Miller" recording, that you are returning their call to that "person", and sets them into action to try and harrass you for money that you do not owe.  It's a MAJOR scam!!!

These people call me at least twice in a day and been calling since last two weeks! I don't owe any money to anybody, i don't know how i got on there scam. I see people have been complaining about them since Jan,2008 , Why hasn't anybody got them yet, Who the F**K are these people and is there any gov agency out there that is willing to do something about this. I am sure they have been successful scamming someone innocent out there, that's why they are still in business.

I don't know whats going on in this country anymore, but we gotta get it together soon!

BBB, FTC, FBI, or whoever out there has any power to stop this, please your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I have been receiving calls from 877-682-6882. It leaves a computerized voice mail looking for our son who lives on the opposite coast. After they called at least once a day for over a week I returned the call and told them to stop calling. They answer the phone as Bell LLC which I Googled and they appear to be a debt collection company with a FL address. They didn't call yesterday but I received a letter in the mail addressed to our son from PO Box 1259, Dept 23022, Oaks PA which I Googled and ended up here.

this person has called several times a day early morning and evening , harassing and then hanging up!  between 12 - 15 times a day! We had threats we are sick and tired of this call and if its not blocked . I swear in the name of the law i will take this matter to COURT!!!

Last straw ! Again I got a call from DRS TECHNOLOGY . and i am fed up ! They called at 6 in the moring. I need legal rights now! Please stop the madness! we have a new born and we tried of   blocking  the number several times a day! But DRS TECHNOLOGY switches to every number in the phone books! WHAT GIVES! We payed our dues , we gave conversation and written proof. We are down to NO TALERENSE ZONE!! If this is going to keep annoying us we will take this to court !

message from Nancy Miller to return call to 1 800 807 4106.   I have an important message for you.

We have tried to cancel this call for  at least 8 months.   Do not disturb does not take interest in this tele marketing.   How do we get rid of these calls?unknown.

I started receiving calls from an "unknown" number and the message left was to please hold for the next representative. Today, received a collection notice to my home, addressed to someone who doesn't even live here. Has my number and address been used by someone, fraudulently? Didn't open the letter, just marked that the person doesn't live here, and put it back in the mail. I'm sure I haven't heard the last from them.

This person calms to be a Nancy Miller and calls leaving a message I tried several time to reach you  and when you do pick up there is no one there at the other end. You can say Hello five time and there is no one there.
