Multiple calls daily from Time Warner marketing, robot talking.  If I want services from Time Warner...I will call you!

Got a call at 8:12 am. Picked up, said hello, no one spoke.

tmc telemarketing trying to up your monthly bill.  Best not to answer any calls you can't recognize as a friend.

We never buy anything from telemarketers no matter if we do business with that company or not and they still call daily, sometimes multiple times a day. So no, I'm not causing the calls. All people have to do us ignore them. Like I tell my husband, if it's important they can leave a message.

Person claims they are from consumers energy & that our business gas energy will be shut off within one hour unless we buy a onevanilla bill pay card.

this number belongs to time warner cable calling to let you know that is now changing its name to spectrum.
like a simple email is not sufficient. we are customers

Did not answer, no message left. I use TWC internet and had service recently.

It is Time Warner Cable. "They" call constantly for payment of bills, even when the payment is overdue by 1 day.  Annoying to say the very least and I am personally about ready to switch back to my old ISP.  Really TWC, it's $40 - no reason to constantly call a customer's cell phone with a message.  Seriously.

So you agree that you both are mentally ill? That person's tinfoil hat is certainly not on correctly, because nothing that was in that post was or is even close to being correct. Well except for the tangent part.

Time Warner Cable, letting me know that service has been restored in my area after storm. They called because I told them to let me know when it was fixed. Not SPAM this time!

When I answered, it said "this is Time Warner with an important message about changes to your account, please press 1 if this is Susan..."
I hung up because I don't press 1 when I cannot verify the identity of the caller.

You guys are idiotic. There is no spam or scam. Yes it's time warner. You have service with them, answer the call and see what they want?! Have you ever thought of that?
have you paid your bill? Do you have an appointment? Maybe there are service issues in your area or service changes. But when your not told then you complain as well. Companies can't win against ignorance like this.

This was an automated call from Spectrum/Time Warner reminding me of an installation appointment.  I was glad they called, because I had forgotten the appointment time!

If you have service with Time Warner, then DNC doesn't apply.  DNC is unsolicited sales calls etc.  Companies are not prohibited from pestering the crap out of their own customers. BTW please realize companies can cold call people on the DNC list 1 time, (so you can tell them you are on the DNC and to F-off!) thats how companies are able to pester you and FCC can't do anything until that loop hole gets closed.

...unless you don't have Time Warner, and they keep calling you every day about a "service issue"...
