I have been getting the calls saying I owe $50.34 from some company they won't identify, then prompt me to pay immediately.  If I try to wait for a representative I get a number to call back that never works.

I've received calls with them using only my last name, finally called them back to and asked them to stop.  Then I received a call for "Kyle" (I think--it's hard to understand the robot's pronunciation).  I ignored that call, and then received another call using my last name again on a Saturday and Sunday. I called them back to ask them to stop, and to find more information, but they won't give out information.  Rather frustrating. It's a very poor way of trying to collect debts.  The automated call asks you to not to listen to the message if you aren't the person they are looking for.  My last name is very common, so how do I know if the call is for me or not!  But I do know I don't own $39.60.

I too have had these folks calling, and have no clue who they are looking for.  Def. not someone who lives at my home.  Based on their web site I believe they are probably one of the same outfits that used to be NCO debt collectors, located in central PA.  They operated in the same manner, and when questioned could not produce the actual name of the debt holder.  These companies purchase lists of old debts, (in many cases paid) from vendors or from who knows where, and start to see what they can collect.  Take a look at what they are paying their staff to harass you. As for attitude they are paid to be as nasty as possible.  Eventually they will be shut down, and they will simply pop up again under a different name.

If they are similiar they are scam artists trying to collect of debts that are over 4 years old and past the legal time limit in the sate of PA (I believe it is 4 years). I have talked with representatives twice and still the calls continue.   Go to their web site http://www.penncredit.com an fill in the form as if you are an interested potential customer.  They pay no attention to your calls, or your emails to their customer service.  I will also be filing with the PA Attorney Gen. office to see if they cannot be stopped.  I find their location interesting as two other bogus companies of this type also existed in the same location in PA in the past.

    Debrah Walker Martin
Received a call on a Mon. night at 8:30 PM - stating D. Martin has a delinquent account of $55.15.  When I tried to talk a live person - I was told by the automated system to call 800.900.1380 during office hours.  I immediately called - spoke to James Smith - how unimaginative. He asked if I had ever lived @ 188 Cherry Mtn. Street - to which I replied not in the last 23 yrs.  I have never lived @ that address - so this debt can't be mine.  I just wanted to know how this company thought that I was the D. Martin they were looking for.  Mr. Smith's answer was my number was given to them.  I asked who gave it to them. He stuttered around - apologized for the call.  Ridiculous - a min. or 2 of research would have informed them that I was in no way connected to this debt.

I have been receiving calls from 1-800-900-1380, a barbara johnson wants a return call for a private personal matter.  Most  calls are all automated and the messages state if you are T...>E.... please continue to listen to this message...Since you are still on the line, we assume you are T...>E.... and please listen to this message in private as it concerns a personal business matter....then it tells you to call this barbara johnson at  1-800-900-1380.

I once picked up the phone and told them that the person they are looking for is not at this number any longer. I purchased the business including the phone number from them many years ago.  I am not T...E... and told them not to call again.  Once to twice a week they continue calling, from different 800 numbers so I can't tell which is them or other numbers.

I too keep getting calls asking for a person who has never lived at my # that I have had for 18 years. I went to https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx?panel=2  a federal dotcom and files a complaint. I called 800-900-1380 and asked them to stop but it continues. This is an 800#, it co$t them money not me so this is what I did and you need to do also. Call 800-900-1380 and ask for the person whom they asked for at your home. Then again and again and again on & on & on. I called so many times that I was getting the same person two and three times. I was asked for my phone # but said to stop calling the # J__ S__a___ is attached to, he does not live here. And continued my calling spree.
Should they call again I will also. and again and again wasting there time and $$. Wow,,, what if hundreds of us did this at the same time?

Even I have been getting them on my cell phone! They've been bothering me for the last month asking for this person (I can't tell what the name is. Something like "Blahdin Dikosta.") 2 years after you guys posted this, and people are still getting those calls. But get this, the first time I check my voicemail, a complete different number is said. Something starting with the area code 717.

i did return one of these calls and as it turned out it was for an electric bill which i had forgotten about, boy am i thankful they got a hold of me because i pay all of my bills they said i could get a paid in full letter in 3 weeks===if most of you people would just return the call you may find out you owe on a  bill that you completely forgot about or if you are like the majority of everyone on here you could probably really not care about your credit

did you know that collections is a multi billion dollar business all across the world//if this is a legitimate company they probably won't just shut down///if they follow the fdcpa and are a credible company then they probably will be around for a rather long time  quit complaining and if somone calls your just either tell them it is a wrong number//discuss their business they may have w/ you or just don't pick up the phone really is your choice

know they are not telling you most likely because they are not sure if they have the right person===would you want someone out there to know your business---heck i would not even want some people in my own household to know my own business

I am getting several calls a day from this number wanting a person I do not know.  I am to press one number for Spanish and another for English ... it is all automated until I finally said I was the person and then got this 800 number to call.  The person answering was VERY curt and made it sound like I was annoying her.
