Word is ACS is in financial trouble on the inside as vendors have not been paid and Andy is even looking into selling his shares and buying into an agency in southern nh... to the people who work there now.. get out while you can or you'll be standing in the unemployment line. then again that doesn't sound as bad as working for associated credit. lol people have even quit there and gotten unemployment benefits and andy and cindy never have contested it even those fired for forging debtor's signatures right Franny ? Mr andy  simply doesn't have time and could you even picture cindy the fragile scared little rabbit in that unemployment office on front st in worcester or ghetto Lowell ? chapter 13 is coming for acs oh and i'm sorry franny doesnt work there once again

Why is the first than you acs employees do when you get go is post negative things here. since your on line why not look for another job or file an unemployment claim ?

Good Idea! Being on unemployment would be a lot better than being a low-life, two-bit, second-rate, illiterate, fraudulent 3rd party debt collector!

Been a couple years now and you keep going further and further down the tube as your good collectors, and good clients are long gone however the good news is Daddy's little girl is now either 43 or 44 and is far too old to ever have any children THANK THE GOOD LORD FOR THAT!!!. Ran into a former co worker earlier today and was told that Dane Valasunas died a few weeks ago. Dane was a great guy and he always treated me with respect unlike another supervisor at the time. I also see here that John Burwick and Dave Bliss died which is too bad. They were all great guys and may God take care of them. God Bless.

These people have called me several times using area codes for my state to make it appear as though they're local. The callback # is an #800 number though. It is a debt collector and one with a very bad reputation. I am paying on all debt I owe, so this is nonsense and needs to stop. I'm pretty sure I read it is illegal to use deceptive practices to use a "cover" caller ID # to hide your real number front he person you're calling. I just want the calls to stop.

Why don't you just call them back and request they don't call you any longer. I did that and haven't heard from them since. And the rep I spoke with was really nice.

The rumor is true. Andy bought out Cindy and is now the sole owner of ACS. Ding Dong  The Wicked Witch is dead!!! Who wants their jobs back ?

No one here would want a job as a criminal.  We are all law abiding people.  The best place for people like you and your ilk is in a cold dungeon somewhere in Antarctica.

Federal law (FDCPA) requires them to send you a letter (US MAIL ONLY) within 5 days of their first contact that contains their name, physical address, the creditor’s name, and the amount of the alleged debt.  It also must contains “mini-Miranda” telling you that it is an attempt to collect a debt and that all information will be used for those purposes.  The one other important thing that this letter must also have in it is that you have a right to dispute the debt within 30 days of the date of the letter and if you do so, all collection activity must be stopped until the debt is verified.

What wonderful news that karma has come to Cindy Burwick, her dad never saw her true colors or maybe he did and felt so much guilt for her growing up with her mother that he turned a blinds eye. I know she will never want for money but loosing her Dad's business is enough karma. No person or person' should have ever had to work for such a cruel human being, and how she had her men behind her doing alot of her dirty work. Funny how she was jewish but ran her company like the Gestapo.. she had her squad , and  Francis was the leader he only needed a black leather coat. I wonder if Todd Paul, The James, Joe Mollis, and the rest of her bed fellows will take the news . We can only hope she does not fall into another company ...
