How did she lose her dad's business. I thought Andy bought her out which means she probably got a couple million and can retire in Palm Beach or something. Oh the criminals are looking for their jobs back?  Do their probation officers know that they are stealing from people?  You must be one of them, scum of the earth.

If these people are criminals then why why did ACS hire them in the first place. They claim they do background checks and we currently work for a law office now and i can assure you this person has no record and I will show her your post.

Anytime someone violates the law, then they are a criminal.  End of story.  The numerous cases of this criminal enterprise violating the FDCPA and State laws makes them and everyone who works for them and uses those tactics criminals.  So go right ahead and show it to whomever you want.

Even with Cindy finally out of that company it will take years for that company to rebuild. Because of her they have a vey bad reputation as a place to work and business wise a lot of companies don't want to do business with them. She did more harm than good for them and ruined a lot of people's lives and made a lot of enemies over the years. If Andy was smart and he would change the name,logo, etc. and give that company a rebirth.

i wonder how Dan U is making out in the real world? he worked at ACS forever he has no idea what the real work force is like.. we know Fran is living off his Dad , and getting drunk and high on pills and shooting guns out windows.

So Cindy is gone and her boys are no longer employed there either surprise surprise!!!.. Fran's dad won 10 million on a scratch ticket so he never has to work again the rest of his life, and Dan U will probably go back to working in restaurants, waitering, or something as he'll never make what he did at ACS, and I saw Bobby V in Providence last year and he said he was no longer at ACS and is a collection manager at Citizen's Bank I didn't ask him what happened with ACS and Christine Regan  I hear is the client services manager. I used to sit next to her and when she wore flip flops her desk used to smell like feet.

i worked here from 07-12 and see cindy is gone... but i'm currious ... is she working somewhere else? oR did she get enough money from the sale where she will never have to work again or worry about money... she was always  a go getter and i wouldn't expect her to just sit around and do nothing.... at least then anyway.

you notice this blog had negative comments and posts almost every day years ago... so why did they stop?.... simple because cindy burwick and her flunky's are gone from this great company and its a great place to work now which is why I myself and my co workers don't dread coming to work anymore. Andy we love you!

July 17,2009 I was let go by John Burwick because Cindy and Andy were too comwardly to do it themselves. That started a chain of events in my life that took me a turn for the worse that I have still not recovered. I hope this place rots in hell and I beleive in karma. I am going to do everything in my power to destroy this company and PS I am not dead!!! Not Yet!!

The reason you haven't recovered is because you won't move on. Do yourself a favor and get over it. People get fired all the time in the work place. Onward and upwards. Best of luck Mr Bliss.
