- NancyThis # debit $99.95 from my checking acct for "platium service" of which I never authorized this payment. I always read the terms and conditions - and if i see a charge for money - i cancel it ....will report this to the bank, and hopefully they can refund my money. Thinking about repting this to the police as an unlawful - theft on my checking acct. Will rept to my local media company as well - and let them take action on my behalf! This company is a SCAM!

Ralph John Davis, Jr., - B.K.| 1 replythey took $99.95 from our acct. We just got this new checking acct# less than a week ago! We closed the previous acct. for the same reason. How do they get the new number? Payday loans are a bad idea.

thank you , Joseph Griffin - susie zamora$99.00 taken from my account also. They said they sent out an email on 6/5/10. I have looked for that email and I can not find it.
- Les M.I am upset too. I came home from a trip to see a $99.95 charge to my account. To my dismay, this company said it can track my IP address and proved I signed up for their platinum service... BUT I DID NOT and NEVER WILL sign up for an online shopping credit. I called my bank who is in the process of handling this claim. I now have to close this account and open a new banking account. I feel really really invaded right now. I am not a rich woman, and this hurt a lot. what a hassle. Those jerks do not answer the phone and when they do they are rude. I am interested in the class action

- boxmakerntn replies to natereply to nate. your bank may refund the od fee if yoy explain the situation since USA refunded back to you the amount of $19 I had a similar situation where money was taken from my account that created an overdraft and a returned check at a cost of $28.00 times 2 when that was resolved the bank refunded the od charges but not the return check fee charged to pick up the check that was returned. My wife also has a charge of $99.95 by platinum services seems were all in the same boat.
- tmbismeI also had 99.95 taken from my account which put me in the negative. My phone call gets disconnected: it won't even ring when I call. I called the number that Bill gave 775-882-0879...same thing happened. This just came out of my account 3 days ago, I'm calling my bank tomorrow!
- kkristy123not only has this company tried to take 99.95 out of my account, but USA CREDIT tried to take 149.95 out. i am so pissed. i called the 1-800 #, got no answer and there is no such website as the one they give you. NEVER again will i apply for anything online. the sad part is you fill out for a loan online cuz we are all struggling and instead we get RIPPED OFF royally. i think everyone they have ripped off should get their money and then some!!!!!!
- Rose Torres replies to Monica NenningerI was just debited that same amount frm that company and no answer from them. here is my number 562-278-4287

We did not authorize this charge and we will be c ontacting our BANK first thing Monday morning. Watch out also for: DEBT2WEALTH. tHEY WILL DO THE SAME THING FOR $30.00 AND THE GIRL i SPOKE TO WAS NAMED jingle. sHE SAID i HAVE CANCELED YOUR MEMBERSHIP, A MEMBERSHIP i never AUTHORIZED. a WEEK AGO, SHE SAID YOU WILL GET YOUR REFUND AND STILL HAVEN'T. tHEIR NUMBER IS: 800-972-8094. People, lets STOP these SCAMMERS before they go any further.
- Richard Benzing replies to Kiersten Fetter| 1 replyContact your BANK first thing MONDAY morning and file a claim and a dispute. You might have to close the account you have now and get another one. That is what I was told this morning.
- Richard Benzing replies to B.K.Payday loans are the worse thing you can ever get yourself involved in, so don't do it. When you put all your information, these places can get hold of you Bank Information and do these illegal transations without your authorization.
- Barbara| 1 replyHi,
I discovered the $99.95 charge on my account when I received an overdraft from my bank. I had recently done an internet search for a payday loan. I am trying to recall the many sites I went to and have a vague memory of a site that I believe I put my banking information into. I thought I was applying for a loan via the internet and having the money directly deposited into my account. I do not remember reading anything about a charge. If was hidden in the many pages of terms and conditions then I did not see it. After finishing the process I was just led to another website and received nothing. I now receive tons of spam in my email account. I thought that was the worst of problems from the payday loan internet search. I now see my problems are much greater. I have put a stop payment on the transaction and I am disputing it. I will trying the phone number on Monday. I am very concerned about continuing transactions. Banks can only put stop payments on certain amounts (ex: 99.95), if the company continues to withdraw at varied amounts I will be unable to stop them. I will be forced to close the account and reopen a new one. It will be a hassle but I may be better off in the end. Lesson learned is never, never, never give out personal information to any company on the internet unless you know it is reputable. My email is [removed]@comcast.net. Please feel free to email me with further updates on this company and any legal actions taken on them.- Caller: 1-800-972-8094
