The $99.95 was taken from my account on 4/23/10 - I have no idea who this company is and I want my money back. I am disputing this with my bank today!

they took 99.95 from me on rent week i have 3 kids that r going to be homeless unless i find the money. my bank said it could take up to 60 days to get my money back

never sign up for any thing with platinumservice and they took 99.95 out

They tried to take money out of my account on 5/10/2010 in the $99.95.  My bank sent it back becasue I was over drawn already.  I was charged the $27.00 fee.  When you try calling them they are closed.  I didn't authorize that amount.  That makes me so mad.  Because some how or another they have my bank information.

How did they get your information?

They did this same crap to me today 05/14/10 my chase bank is making me wait till it clears untill they can dispute it.. andisaacsays@hotmail.com

Filing Charges too.. disputing withthe bank, and calling bbb! people are applying for help... and they take Money when you don't have it  WTF!

They took 99.95 out of my account and I was not even aware of it!? i would love to somehow get a lawsuit against whoever it is becuase they are getting quite a bit of money from everyone!!

Any traction on your issue? I just got hosed also. My wife, unfortunately got scammed by a pop up that appeared official for a site that is supposed to be legit.., and she was naive enough to provide a checking account and routing number. Shortly thereafter.., $99.95 hit the account and then x2 $14.00 charges. I working with my bank and plan to pursue this to the end.

Need to find out information about joining in on that class action suit. They just got me took $99.95 out of my account on 6-4-2010. Called the number left on my bank statement and got a recording stating they were closed on the weekend but they open at 9am this morning and I will be calling them. This is crazy. We are in a recession! Nobody has money to throw away.

They hit me too..3 different companies.  Does anyone remember clicking on or asking for this stuff?  Why on God's green earth would we take out a payday loan and then spend $35 on a discount club?
