Got another call today, from a guy this time.  Could not really make out his name, but could be the same person that posted on page 2 of this thread.

I'm trying to figure out how they got my work number.  I have not given that to anyone for any reason, except my family in case they need to get in contact with me.  I know they can dig into things and its mostly illegal, but I have to wonder what they did to get it.

They are formally known as NRS national recovery services out of  Kansas, use to colle ct on payday loans. They are not known to be
very nice. They change names every year.. Formally known also a pdm..

The BBB has given them an F rating also the address the BBB has is  1035 South Main St.  Ottawa, Kansas. Residential neighborhood and a single family house at that address.  BELIEVE WHOM EVER YOU LIKE, BUT THIS GUY IS FULL OF  B.S.

Mr. Powell (if that's your real name) riddle me this : why is there no mention of a company website? BBB rates you an F! And the bogus address. also, unable to find business in the phone book (any phone book)

wc ga... we are in the same state but we are not known as NRS or National Recovery Services.  Never have been.  I used to be with NRS but am no longer and have no association with NRS or National Recovery Services.

Your debt validation letter is suppose to go out BEFORE you start calling people [***]. Not upon request. If you can't do that then your company is in violation of the law!
