- CSD replies to Xx| 1 replyThat's exactly my question. If this company is so good, then go update the BBB and legitimate sources who are rating this company an F.
Shelli and Mike Powell are both probably in there houses figuring out how to scam innocent people with their bogus Midwest Fidelity Services company.
LEAVE US ALONE, YOU CROOKS!! IF YOU'RE LEGIT, SEND IT IN WRITING! - CSDI found information on the web for Midwest Fidelity Services, LLC.
Here's their web site: http://midwestfidelity.com/index.html.
Here's their address and number: 103 S. Main St., Ottawa, KS 66067 - 1-800-983-5027
Here's their BBB info: http://www.bbb.org/kansas-city/business-revie ... -ks-1000001608/
They're not yet BBB accredited, and have a B- rating based on 1 complaint.
Again, even if they're legit, their tactics are wrong. You don't call all phone numbers that people have. You don't employ rude representatives. And you must VALIDATE the supposed debt IN WRITING FIRST.
If you're legit, you better clean up your act, or you're going to get more BBB complaints.- Caller: Midwest Fidelity Services, LLC

- Tired of IgnoranceThe way I see it, regardless if they are a telemarketer or a debt collector - the outcome is they want your money for something!! It ALWAYS boils down to "you owe something" or "would you be interested in purchasing?".
They will get voicemail every time they call me. I have no idea how these people can get through to anyone with call blocking on most cell phones these days. With all this Identity theft going on, I wouldn't give these people ANY info over the phone. Especially since they cannot give you info on who they really are, the reason for their call (not info you are not aware of crap) and the name of the company. Also when you call back, it should be someone to answer the phone, not playing some elevator music!!!!!
Moral of my Post to those people who call from 800 numbers; GET A REAL JOB. calling people with ignorant "call us back tactics" is NOT A CAREER!!!- Caller: UNKNOWN - They Never Say!
- Koreen replies to RxingvGot the same call
- mkaGot a call from Lisa today (who sounded like a man or a women who smokes 10 packs a day from her house), right after another debt collector who has been trying to scam me for the past few weeks, saying that they have a case against me and if I don't call them back they'll be sending someone to my office, home, etc. Everytime I get a call from these bozos I get this threat. Still waiting on the law [***]....Scammers indeed.!

- madashellThis number has called my place of employment and has harassed my coworkers.. They won't tell me the matter at hand and I completely believe this is a scam.. Please mail me some paper work or you won't get a damn thing from me!
- Fedup2| 1 replyI believe I'm getting calls from Midwest threatening legal action for a loan I've never incurred. They've called my cell and my work for a week now, of course using several different names. I know what debts I owe! I wondered how they got my information .... I ran my credit report and guess who did an inquiry on me....yep Midwest Fidelity Services. All they had to have was my name and address and they were able to access info on me. Well, needless to say they are messing with the wrong person...I have family in law enforcement, legal field and DOJ. I know my rights. I've had enough.

- Unknown| 1 replyI continuously keep getting a call from 800-983-5027 on my cell phone and my work phone and multiple emails. This company goes by multiple names that I have noticed. I got scammed by a company called - Hydra Financial Limited Fund III. I had to close my bank account because they scammed me AND my bank said that they are a well known scammers. Then, I received an email that stated that they have transferred my account to a company called Allied Fidelity Services. The number I am getting the calls about go by different names that I have been keeping track of- Financial Limited Fund III, Allied Fidelity Services, Hydra Financial Limited Fund III, Midwest Fidelity Services. A woman by the name of Stephanie at 800-983-5027 keeps calling me. I know they are a scam. Why do you have to go by multiple different names but the last guy I talked to would not give their company name and it was for a pay day loan that I PAID OFF years ago. The individual would not supply any documentation to me that I owed the debt and when I asked for documentation to be mailed to me, he got very mean and multiple threats then hung up on me. Then, another lady called me, did not get her name, Then, the same day, this lady started calling from "Allied". Yeah, you think I am going to fall for this crap? You are high!!!

- FightingBackI noticed on my credit report a deragotory from this company and immediately sent a demand for validation. No response was ever provided and it disappeared from my reports. As of today it has again reappeared and I have filed a complaint with the Consumers Financial Protection agency for violation of the FDCA for reporting a deragotory item after failing to validate. I suggest others do the same and avoid the BBB as it doesn't have enough force to make some firms follow the law.
