The engine idle speed is solid, no erratic movement. The engine and oil pan has no leaks. The tranny, front and rear diffs and transfer case have no leaks as well. The tranny has issues and shifts smoothly. The sport mode and Tiptronic modes work perfectly. The Hill Descent control and Traction Controls also work fine. The transfer case, when shifted into Low Gearing is smooth with no knocking or shuddering.

I got the same one of these on a Nissan Maxima-- He now has about 4 ads up on craig's list for 4 newer vehicles. Why can't someone put a stop to this-- He does the same thing everytime, I told him I just wanted his phone number and where the car was located in Nevada so my best friend could go and look at it and he stopped reponding to my e-mails. His newest one is that he will pay shipping charges on an 03 Range Rover.

Keep in mind, he's not in the US, as his language traits, verbiage and mis-spellings are indicative of being out of the country. String him along as long as possible, as it may tie him up and keep him less available for other scamming.

I filed a complaint on the Internet Crime Complaint Center as instructed by an ebay representative, and I've already contacted the police, but it still isn't enough! I am in agreement with you because hopefully they can track this guy down stop him as soon as possible, and help all those who fell for his scam. I'm glad you weren't foolish enough to fall for it, but unfortunately, I didn't take as many precautions as you did! Everything seemed so legitimate! He even had someone posing as an ebay representative to help him. And ebay was contacting me throughout the entire process, so I wasn't just doing business 1 on 1 with him. Thats really what made me feel it was legit! But the money has already been withdrawn from my account and I'm really trying to catch him! So my husband and I had some great laughs writing him back posing as a young kid whose Daddy would buy him the car- you can see below. He insisted on Ebay payment and then we came across this website. What a jerk! He does sound middle Eastern.
