Just a recording of what sounds like an African American female's voice telling me that I will be receiving a summons in a few days because fraudulant activity has been associated with my ss # and name.

i kept getting phone calls from this number and saw that they left voicemails, but I always just ignored the call and delete the msg. Something told me to listen this time, so I did. Same mag as everyone else about being charged with fraud. I called back, nervous about what I got myself into this time! The woman told me I took out an online payday loan (something I know I would never do) and had the money sent to Bank of America in February 2012. I wasn't working at the time and had closed my acct with BoA, so I knew something was up. But I thought maybe ID theft. I did make the mistake in confirming the info they had. Stupid mistake, I was so nervous about what might be happening. Didn't occur to me at the time to look into it further. Please learn from my mistake and DO NOT give away your personal info or confirm anything they tell you about yourself. Ignore, block, send to voicemail, anything. Just don't give these people your time.

Same call, stating I was going to be served with a summons in my county for fraudulent activity with my name and social. I have received them on both cell and home phone with in ten minutes.

Me too scared me and then i knew it didnt make since..

I also received a call from this number giving me information regarding fraudulent activity on my social security number. I have checked me credit report with no new information. The constant threat of identity theft has prompted me to take on another everyday task. Wonderful.

They have called me two times so far.

Ive been holding for 20 mins....and no one has came to the phone...so glad i googled the number to knw its a scam....

Also got a message that 2 fraud charges are against me in my county that I will loose my rights

A voice mail was left at 3:03 PM CST from 804-420-4838 with a woman stating she was from the processing summons division.  She said there was fraudulent activity against my name and social security number and it was my legal right to call this number to stop a warrant for my arrest.  When she hesitated to give me the number an automated recording came on with the number.  She then said I needed to call that number to speak to the legal department and the automated recording came back on with a file number.  My caller ID said this was from the Richmond VA area.

I did not call and blocked the number on my phone.

I received the same phone call today and told them they are a fraud and i was looking into them there company name is Goldman and Associates collecting a debt from Discount Advances this is a scam do not pay them anything, I worked for a Credit Department in the past and you need to receive a letter in writing this is called a demand letter and then after that if no payment is received they have to send you a certified letter. this is my second time with this happening and i am sick of this harassment what can we do to stop this.

Said charges were being filed against me for fraudulent activity, left number and case number and told me to call legal department.

These people have called constantly.

Getting calls from this person saying a fraud charges agnaist me.

Hey I got the same phone call on my voicemail about being summoned at my workplace or home before I call. If I do not call I will lose all my rights. They also know my first and last name. Did anyone else's voicemail say your first and last name too? They also gave me a case number. After researching this case number it does not exist. Please Help I have no idea what is going on. Received several calls from this number at my place of business saying fraudulent activity against my name and SS#.  Went online to my SS account and there is no issue with my SS# - this is definitely a scam!   Ignore!
