Had this guy call me at work and told me his name is Beverley.. umm ok? got off the phone with him and he called me back 3 more times within 5 min

He's mildly polite, but the minute you say I'm not interested the nice fades away. Claimed his name was John Martinez. Their yelp page is pretty negative. https://www.yelp.com/biz/coast-to-coast-computer-products-simi-valley-3

So the backstory of this company is that they employ former rehab and felons.  That is a noble gesture,  probably why they are around so long. Professional and courteous?  Not so much.  Pushy, rude, coldcalling?  Business practices count no matter how noble your operation may be...

07/18/18 - 1:20pm - Just rec'd a call from Marie @Coast to Coast.  My caller ID stated the number as 805-244-9500.  Marie asked for the person who purchases ink supplies.  I told Marie that she was out of the office today, could she leave me her number for the office manager to call back when she returns?  Marie did not want to leave a number (no biggy - I had it from caller ID).  I told Marie that the office manager would NOT be purchasing anything from Coast to Coast.  (I knew THIS for a FACT.)  Marie said she would like to talk directly to the office manager about that and would call back before the end of the week.  Ha!  Fine, but you will get me - again and the answer will be the same. We are a small office and do not purchase as much supplies as some, larger offices, and I DO know for ABSOLUTE that the office manager will not be purchasing from Coast to Coast, nor will she want to talk to anyone from Coast to Coast.

This number called our business today, caller ID said Coast to Coast and I let it go to my voicemail, they didn't leave a message.

We've gotten numerous calls from them before and they don't seem to take NO for answer. They are a company that tries to sell you overpriced computer/copier ink. Do not give them any information or agree to anything, the minute you agree to have something sent to you, even a trial product or free sample, they will start sending you ink and bills for the ink and it's at prices that are much higher than any office supply retail store will charge.

They may look like a legitimate company but they are scammers that use fraudulent business tactics.

got a call asking for the copier # off the copier so they can send me paper for my copier. ha yeah right! Then after I hang up on them this # call immediately after.... connected? I think so. Don't say anything remotely near a yes to these people. they are all slum sucking scammers

Tries back at the end of the year. I distinctly recall explaining the last time we're under contract with our printer company for toner until our lease is up. He wanted to know my name, I told him I don't give my name to salesmen. He said well I just wanted to address you by name. I asked what are you trying to sell? He went into his speech and I told him things haven't changed, we're still under contract and we're not going to be buying subpar toner.

Robert called from this number inquiring about would I want to save our company money.  I told him numerous times we weren't interested and to please remove us from their calling list.  He then thought he could speak to someone of a higher level than myself, but I again told him I was the one in charge of this area and I was not interested to please remove us from their call list.  After 3 times of this, he quickly said "Ok, I'll have someone else from my company call back later" and hung up.

I thought this number looked a little odd. Glad I came here. Dropped the call straight to the fax line without picking up.

Called wanting our printer information to send us our next batch of toner.  Told him not interested....oh gosh, this scam is soooo old.....Claimed he would send me a bag of M&M's if I placed an order.  <sigh>  Still not interested.  He was polite and ended the call saying he would call back.  Go ahead, I'll still not be interested.

Have called twice today asking to speak with who handles our ink & toner purchases.  Told Holden the first time we are not interested...called back less than 3 hours later, and I told him again, that we had already spoken and we were not interested.  Let's see if he continues to call...some business don't get the hint, and next time Coast to Coast pops up on the caller ID they are going straight to voicemail...

This company calls our business pretty regularly, at least once a week, and its always the same thing.  Some person just immediately rolls into a "Hey, how's it going?  I wanted to talk to the person who handles the ordering of the ink and toners for your printers. Is that you?"  And I always say, its leased through a local printing company and our ink is included we are good, thanks"

They call even after I told them we are not interested, she actually tried to interrupt me as I was telling her that.  Ummm NO. You don't call and harass me at work and then INTERRUPT ME WHEN I'M SPEAKING.

Just called my work line. The lady started to talk about printing and computer supplies and I said we were under contract. That wasn't good enough for her because she wanted to know the name of the person who makes that decision. I told her I didn't know but it was a five year contract.

We get calls from this number all the time. It's Coast to Coast cold calling to try and sell you their printing products (toners, etc.). They are aggressive and get rude when you start questioning them. Do yourself a favor.... When you answer one of their calls tell them to FAWK off and choke on a fat D.I.C.K

Called about printing products. Told the guy we're under contract and hung up. He called back immediately so sent it to VM and he hung up. STOP CALLING. I make the decisions and you spoke to the wrong person.

Printer supply scam- asks to be connected to person who orders printer supplies. Told her "we're all set, we order through a local company". She tried to say something else, but I told her to "have a great day" and hung up. They better not call again- "ain't no one got time for that"!

Too many calls. Scott is the worst.

Number just called me. The guy wasn't satisfied with me telling him we were under contract for the printing supplies. Wanted me to tell him the name of the person responsible for the contract and then got slightly annoyed that I wasn't laughing at his jokes.

Woman called and ask to talk to the person in charge of our printing supply, I hung up and she tried calling again. I put her on hold for 10 MINUTES! eventually hung up called back 5 more times until she gave up. I will try the Kitboga method next time and waste her time like she wasted mine.
