This guy calls and tries to make small talk with me which I hate. Then he asked who the purchaser was for our toner and cartridges and I said we already have a supplier. Then he said I wasn't calling because you were without any. I said well I can take a message and pass it along. He said lets me honest I won't get a call back. Then he asked if it was so and so and I said nope it isn't but I can take a message and if he is interested he will call you back. He said no thats alright and hung up.
First of all the guy was rude and second of all he wanted to make small talk. That to me is a big red light and he wasn't about to get through. Nice try Joe Blow!

please stop having this number call my hotel they call several time a day and hang up

Wanting to sell printer supplies. Told them under contract..wanted to know who makes those decisions. I told them didn't know for sure. Then he wanted our IT guy. Sent him to voice mail but will reject his number from now on.

Then they send a fony invoice to your accounts payable dept and since a/p doesn't have time to view every statement that comes in to them they send you the payment for it even though you gave them a fony printer name.  Your better off to say you don't have any printers or whatever.

Just another [***] Telemarketer with no regard for others.  Same old thing - repeat calls , no one speaking.  Write your Congressman or better yet return the call leaving a message with your Congressman's home phone number requesting to be added to their computer calling list.

I just got the call - wanted to speak to whomever buys our cartridges.  when i told him we bought from staples, he insisted on speaking to someone, I hung up.  he called back, asked if i thought he was rude - then told me that i would get a better raise next time if i saved the company some money.  continued to argue, wanted to speak to the owner.  i told him to call back at 7pm thursday night.  p.s, we are closed then and the owner never comes in here!!

Coast to Coast called from this number. Right away, he asked for the person in charge of ordering printer supplies and toner. I told him it was me, but don't waste your time, we're already under contact for all our printers. He said, "It sounds to me like you aren't the one in charge of making the decisions." I responded, "I'm the office manager in charge of ordering all supplies and choosing our vendors. As I already stated, we are under a maintenance contract that includes toner and other supplies." He became very rude and told me that office managers don't make decisions and asked for the owner of the company. I hung up on him.

In doing a little research, I found that it is easy to be scammed by these people. Never give them any information on your printers or a model number. They'll send you toner and invoice you for three times what Staples or Office Max would charge.

"Melissa" you obviously work for them...and maybe you truly believe in what you're selling and they have you brainwashed. To the rest of the world, you guys are just annoying. My company gets calls from Coast to Coast several times a week.

Ok these people called everyday for months I asked them to stop and the calls seemed to stop now I walk in thismorning and see they called 3 times I was gone for the day and they did not leave a message but the Called ID at work says (Coast to Coast COMPUTER PRODUCTS, INC) I guess they did not get don't call back after the first round of calls now they are back for round 2.

called me 5 times in the last 2 weeks....anybody have a way to press charges against them for harrassment.

Call them back and make small talk. You will always get a girl saying "Great Day Coast to Coast". Then make up some funny model numbers and brand names for your printers and copiers. My copier is a Jullywack XPJ1-FUC-OFF-10

I can't figure out how these toner people have been around so long. I have been in I.T. for 20 years and its been the same old story. Cold call, make stupid talk and try to get your printer/copier model numbers and send you garbage recharged toner that just leaks. They they bill you 3 times what a new factory toner would cost.

When you get these calls have fun. Play dumb, ask for extra time to get your model numbers and ask to call them back. Obviously the No Call List is a waste of every bodies time. So use your time wisely durring these times where these losers get through and have fun at thier expense

They may have an A+ on the BBB site but look closer at all the complaints and issues they have had.

From my personal experience with this company I would STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEM.

You know its funny that 9 out of 10 people yell scam on everyone they know nothing about. I have a friend, yes a friend not me that happens to work at Coast to Coast, they are a legit toner supply company, how legit, Ron Warren (my friend there) will send the printer copier supplies on a net 30, that means you pay after you have tested the product and ONLY if you like it... Lamet where in the world do you get the info  to make such invalid claims?

Called asking to speak to the "person who orders your printing supplies". I informed him that I was the one that did that, and I'm not looking to make any changes. "Oh well I assumed you would. My goal today was just to talk to you and tell me about your company." ....congrats, you're goal is complete. Go away now.

I can't stand this company. They call and call and I tell them to take us off their list. As soon as I see a call from this area code I cringe. This most recent call, he wouldn't specify what he was selling. Stating he was "a broker". When he mentioned printing and IT I said that I handle printing and we're not looking to make changes, nor is my IT department. He kept pushing and kept pushing and I kept repeating that we weren't looking for any changes.

As far as I can tell they're merely being 'old school' aggressive in their sales tactics, which is one of the tacks it probably helps to take trying to sell supplies these days. The 'upper level' sales manager I talked to was actually pretty down-to-earth and understanding, if persistent. They offered very aggressive pricing, and of course their training tells them NOBODY should ever say 'no' if you're offering a less-expensive product at the same quality.

The calls can be annoying, but I'd stop short at calling it them 'scammers'.

These are often outfits that will "slam" you with highly overpriced toner. Most copiers come with service plans that include supplies, and most printer supplies can be bought off the internet from respectable sites, eBay, Amazon, etc.
