- SherribugKeep getting calls from them. Do not have ANY credit cards, lines of credit, loans, etc with anyone. Another to add to the block list.
- Caller: Citi
- Call type: Scam suspicion
- M replies to JI don’t know why they are calling me I don’t even have any bills to pay I’m 18 years old and currently not in school and not working I have no reason to get these calls
- SusanDon't know who it is, but they have called twice today. Just as a test, I answered using a lower voice, and both times they asked for "Don" or something similar. It's obviously a robo-call type thing, considering the background noise.
- Caller: Don't know
- KimberlyThis number calls me three times a day. After reading these, I called the number back. A recording told me to enter my account number. There was no option to speak to an operator.Even if I did have an account with Citi, I wouldn't randomly enter my account number without knowing what it was about.
- Caller: Citi?
- Peggy B. EdwardsClaimed to be calling from Citi Mortgage regarding my account. Stated payment amount and payment due dates. Could not understand name of caller (foreign accent).

- doesnt matter my name replies to AnonymI am so sick of this number calling me 816-420-4632. I never answer or call back. Do people not have anything better to do then to waist others time.. Sick of these scams...
- Lin DCaller left message, with a South Asian accent so thick I could barely understand her. If she left her name or a company name, it was indecipherable. The callback number was one of the few things clear enough.
The other thing that was clear enough was the person they wanted to talk to. Who has, to the best of my knowledge, been dead for five years. This number has been mine for just over one year. I guess I can thank the Equifax data breach, among others, for this fun.
BTW, if you have a cell phone, or other phone that allows for ringtone changes, set the default ringtone to none, then put ringtones on your contacts, either one by one, or by assigned group. If an unknown someone wants to talk to you, they'll leave a message. (This doesn't work if you use your phone for business.)(darn it)- Caller: Mumble mumble

- a.l.got a call from this number and then a text msg saying they would call later. if this is Citibank I don't even have a credit card from them. cancelled them out last yr and paid in full.
- Joe Q. PublicYES this is a scam. Called me saying my account was 21 days overdue on a Sunday. I checked the next day and I made my electronic payment on time with a transaction number. I called this number the next day and they were rude and would not allow me to talk to a manager. They asked me my name and number, but knew it the day before. NOT CITICARD. SCAM ! They must have got some information illegally. A scam a lot of people would fall for.

- DCI have received about 20 calls from this number in the past few days and it is incredibly irritating! I have blocked the number but my phone still shows they called and I'm extremely pissed off about it!
- Bob replies to R ParkerDo NOT ever hit 1 to "have your number removed." This tactic proves that your number is active. The scammers will send your number to other scammers and you will actually have MORE CALLS!
- anon replies to AJthey call me saying they’re from Home Depot lmao
- Debbie| 1 replyIt’s Citi Card Call Center saying your account needs attention. The website they left, on my voice mail, went to an empty page. Once I used my own CitiCard App, to check my acct, there was nothing that needed attention. The small balance had been paid in full weeks ago, before the due date.
- Caller: Citi Card Call Center
