Second time 844-205-2138 called. No answer after I did repeating Hello 4 times.  There was a click and then dial tone.

i answered and received recording asking for a specific name. pressed 2 if not you press 2 again to be removed from their list.

Sending a Cease and Desist is alright when you know where to send it. For me they have been calling for months, but have never sent me the required by law letter. I can't send a cease and desist if I don't know where to send it.

I find it interesting that you replied to the post that provides you will all that information and you did not take advantage of it.

Monarch recovery

I get a call without any message every three or four days showing monarchrecovery as caller id.
I had a letter from them once saying I owed a IASIS Healthcare debt with whom I had never dealt.
I responded to the letter saying it wasn't my debt, but they started with the calls.

Assoc with 888 979 3099 and 844 384 3757. I read some previous posts. I have been called by all 3 countless times today. Calls were also made to 3 relatives. The name Monach was not used, but the robo calls stated that they were attempting to deliver a fax or docs to me and that numerous attempts had been made to contact me. I made contact with them and they could tell me no specific info. I told them I was reporting them and to cease their calls. I do not believe this is a real agency, but a scam to frighten and or annoy people into giving info.

What did you do to stop them?

You don't have to pay ad debt collector. They did not provide you any service. They buy debts and try to strong arm you into paying.

Apparently, this number has been calling my Google voice number for months. I'm not in any debt whatsoever. The previous owner of my phone number was, used to get voicemails looking for her all the time. So, this number serves only to harass.

I called the number back and the gentleman said he was from Monarch Recovery Services. I gave him my name when he asked and asked if I knew a Pamela Lucas which I told him I did not. He then apologized and said he'll remove my number from the list.
