Here's their info. They told me the national do not call doesn't apply to them. I told them I have no idea of who they're trying to contact and asked me my name, which I refused to give them. They said that I MUST give them my name, and I told them to go F--- themselves!

"They told me the national do not call doesn't apply to them"  That would be 100% correct as this is not a sales call.  In addition to the information that I posted on page 2 that you should be reading and using:

You will need to send them a certified, return receipt debt validation (by law they have to go back to the original creditor to prove you owe the debt), cease and desist calling, or "not me" letter (this will be the best money that you have ever invested).  Also send it first class mail in case no one will sign for it.  Make a notation of that fact at the bottom of the letter.  You also need to report them to the proper agencies to which I have provided links to.  Then you need to go out and get a consumer lawyer to sue them on a contingency basis (no money out of your pocket) and let them pay you for the harassment.  If everyone did these three things, these crooks would be bankrupt and we would all be the richer for it.  Use these web sites to find an attorney in your state that will probably take the case on a contingency basis (no money out of your pocket up front):  http://www.consumeradvocates.org/

receive calls all day long from this number 844-205-2138, caller unknown no message left, it is at this point harassment all day long

No one speaks when I answer, yet they call every day. I also have missed calls that go to VM, and they leave a 30 second blank VM.

Calls and hangs up before voicemail records message. Noticed other previous comments and I have received harassing calls/ threatening arrest calls from Monarch acting as a debt collector many times before with a live person. I just say goodbye and hangup.

You don’t have to write a letter the fact that you tell them it’s a wrong number and they still call gives you the right to sue them!! Keep track of each time they call and each time you say wrong number

This number calls our work line and never says anything until today when they asked for a deceased owner.  When I told them I had his new number, after telling them he was deceased and was told ya right likely story, I gave them the phone number to the funeral home located on the cemetery property where he was buried.  I even offered him a second contact number, 641-715-3580.  It's a prayer hotline called Phone Number to Heaven!

This number called my wife's cell phone looking for me.  I NEVER give her number out.  They claim I owe Harley Davidson finance or something money and they are trying to collect.  They said they were Monarch Recovery Systems.  I've never borrowed from Harley Davidson anything.  They claimed they sent me a letter demanding payment that I never received.  They asked for my address and I told them they should have it if I owe something (which I don't).  They have never called my cell phone which is the number I ALWAYS use.  I think Monarch is a legit business but one that harasses you into paying what they want.  I will not pay them anything since I do not owe anything.

This number keeps calling, early morning and evenings. The message is to call them back . The company is Monarch Recovery Management.

I receive calls from similar numbers regularly. If I block them, they just call from another one. They always ask for Shannon Dory, I tell them I don’t know anyone by that name and I’ve had my number since 1993!  They always promise to remove the number but the calls keep coming. I never provide my name or other personal info and the name above is not close to mine. They like to call early in the morning, especially on weekends.

Very true! If I were the person putting someone's name on here (which is uncalled for), I would write to the company and enclose my phone statement, which states that is my number.

If you’ve had this phone number since 2009 and in 2015 they were calling to collect a debt from the former person that had the phone number that is 6 years time span.  I understand the irritation but that that surely  is past the statute of limitations ?

If they illegally tried to collect on a debt that was included in a bankruptcy that is a violation of the law and you could be compensated for that

Person called and immediately hung up. When I called back, they immediately wanted personal information and said phone numbers are stored by name and they'd not be able to remove my number if I didn't give them some identifying information. No clue who these people are, so, I ended the call.

This number calls  a few times a month, but never leaves a message.

These people call me multiple times every day and same thing....no one ever speaks!!!

This appears to be a legit collection company but like most of them, they really push the envelope on legalities. They are harassing me because of a debt owed by someone with my same name, possibly a stolen identity, but they don't have the expertise to determine the right person. If you have a common name, you will suffer for that. Tell them to put their concerns in writing and mail it to you... or go to hell. The harassment is not legal by any means. Its their duty to prove they have the right person.  And if you have debts, pay your damn bills so that the rest of us don't get these calls.
