also getting multiple calls from 844 numbers, no messages, no one on the line. Been getting calls for 10 years for Nellie Ramos who had the number before me. She must be in big debt! LOL.

Repeated calls from this number and no voicemails ever left.

Woman called, I said hello twice, finally she spoke and was loud, rude and could not understand a word.  I hung up.  I then called back the number on Caller ID and got same rude woman, I asked who was calling, then had to ask that she not talk so loud and fast so I could understand her.   I asked where she was calling from and she said Pennsylvania (lol) I said NO, what company are you calling from and she rattled off a name I could not understand as once again she spoke unclear and too fast. She asked who I was and I said you called me and I am calling you back.  She asked again who I was and I said you tell me who you are and why you are calling first.  I don't just give my name out to anyone.  She refused to say anything at all so I hung up!  RUDE, IMPOLITE!  I don't care if you may be a telemarketer or collection agency, whatever it may be, but you DO NOT call someone and be rude and loud.  I will not talk to anyone that is rude and disrespectful and I do not know who you are.  Also for those of you out there, a collection agency would send you a notice, statement, etc in the mail before they attempt to make any calls to you, legitimate agencies anyways~lol.

Have called twice, yesterday at 8:20 am and today at 8:32 am didn't leave a message. I have another one calling my other phone number they leave messages and they know my name and the county I live in. These scammers usaly ramp up activities around tax refund hoping that people will give their tax refunds. I never have called any back and never will.

This number has called me several times a week for the past year, never leave a message.  I never pick up....

Block the number

It is in fact Monarch recovery.  That's what comes up on my caller ID.  I believe they are spam/scammers as my husband and I do NOT have debt, AND they call and ask for a name and personal info.  If you're calling ME claiming I habe debt, then you should already know my name and info... SCAM.

They call every day before 8:30am. We do NOT  OWE money to anyone--no creditors, no unpaid bills, etc.  HARRASSING phone calls.

Often calls are from collectors trying to contact someone else who owes money using connections found online, but NOT from anyone at the given phone number or address.  They are WRONG to do this, but they don't care.

We've had collectors wrongfully try to demand money for FALSE  info not removed from 3 main credit reports for YEARS which should never have been there.  They resell these FALSE debts to others and the cycle never ends...

just add the number to blocked contacts on any cell phone IOS or android problem solved.

just added this number to my growing list of blocked numbers, they won't be bothering me again !!

Bad advise, a new number often comes with same issues

"any" - no, blocking isn't universal, and it's a function of the apps, not the phone so technically, the other side still learns it's a live line. I eliminated my landline voicemail and went back to an answering machine on the active side of my call blocker, don't hear a single ring even after a dozen unwanted calls. Still get through on my clamshell cell phone, but I just leave the stupid thing off until I need it and so far, only one scammer has bothered to leave a message. The DNC has always been useless and with the elimination of various consumer-protection agencies, soon enough our phones will simply be the property of the telcos, for them to do as they like...

very annoy calls doesn't give information but wants your the Federal Trade and Consumer Finance Protection says don't give out info. make them mail you a statement out so know what you owe and whom too

Calls, no one there when I answered.  Quit answering,  goes to vm, they leave no message.  Blocked the number.
