Why did you feel the need to post that when it has been posted multiple times in this thread?

Performant is attempting to collect past due taxes. All the taxes they're attempting to collect are well past the state statute of limitations and are also past the Federal statute of 10 years for IRS matters. Know your rights. They have no legal basis to seek judgments or make entities on credit reports.

Received a call from this number claiming they were calling on behalf of the IRS. First I don’t owe any back taxes. Second the IRS sends you a letter not a phone call.
