- AggravatedMr. Edwards has called twice. Says he only has a limited time to talk to me because they "want to move forward". Calls from a local number, but leaves this number to call back. Know he is spoofing the local number. Never mentions a company, but I googled it to find the company. Wrote to them asking for written validation and have heard nothing.
- Matthew replies to RonnieSame just happens to me wonder if it’s a scam??
- CRReceived a call from 480-725-6498 at my work phone, James of Summit left a message about a returned payment? I have no clue about any payment as I didn't set up anything to this company. He didn't leave any info as to what the payment was for nor amount. Threatened to send to their department and recommend arrest if I didn't call 844-498-6545 back. It's unbelievable what these people will say. One thing I do know is that debt collectors are not supposed to call places of employment.

- CristyThreatening on arresting me if I don't call back. Doesn't say why or what it is for but a very important matter that some guy who doesn't leave his name tells me to call this number back. When I call the number back nobody can help me and I asked them to stop calling me. Sent an email to the company that owns this number no call back. Sent a text to the actual number that shows up on my phone that if he wants to threaten me with the police I will gladly call them myself and have them meet us and to leave me alone. So frustrating. Why do people do these kinds of mean things.

- AnonymityI just received a voucemail from Samantha at Summit receivables, she stated ahe needed security information for a withdrawal I "authorized from my checking account." Since i never authorize payments frim my checking account exceot to my electric company, i knew this was a lie. I believe it to be a scam. I will alert my bank that i habe not authorized any withdrawal from this company, and I wont be calling them back at all. It sounds like a scam to me.

- LisaA "John" just left me a voicemail on my cellphone coming from a (402) area code also stating calling because of a potential authorized withdrawal from my checking account. Nope...no idea. Stating was attempting to collect on a debt. Scam.

- Jason replies to LisaI received the exact same message, I have also received threatening and deceitful messages, have never been issued a written notification of a debt collection attempt. These all violate the fair debt collection act and since I don't have any bills in collection I am aware of, I am guessing this is a scam or a very poorly run debt collection agency.
