Federal law (FDCPA) requires them to send you a letter (US MAIL ONLY) within 5 days of their first contact that contains their name, physical address, the creditor’s name, and the amount of the alleged debt.  It also must contains “mini-Miranda” telling you that it is an attempt to collect a debt and that all information will be used for those purposes.  The one other important thing that this letter must also have in it is that you have a right to dispute the debt within 30 days of receipt of the letter and if you do so, all collection activity must be stopped until the debt is verified.

I've older notes on Aargon Collection Agency / ACA  in Vegas making it a/k/a Bourassa Law Group and Total Credit Recovery.

I've received two calls from this number and a voice message identifying them as Argon, a debt collection agency.  However, I have zero outstanding debts.  I've blocked the number.

Called, promptly hung up before I could answer. Went to voicemail.

I received one call from this number that my phone reported as spam. A few weeks later (10 Sep 2018), I received another call that only showed up as missed. Phone never rang.

They called me on Feb 21 @ 11:21am and on Mar 11 @ 11:45am only identifying themselves as Argon Agency trying to collect a debt. I have no current debts. I see no reason to call them back as I believe they are simply fishing and hope to catch someone gullible. I may have been born at night, but it wasn't last night...

Just got a call from them. Phone didn’t even have a chance to ring before it went straight to voicemail. No opportunity to even answer and got an automated voicemail about an outstanding debt when I have none. Blocked

Didn't even know they called 3x this morning. No missed calls, no ring on the phone.. was go8ng through call history and found they called today.. and a few times a week ago.. I blocked the number..
