It is an online college, I too just asked for info and withing an hour got a call from this number and they did not leave a message. I simply blocked the caller on my cell phone.

Since two weeks ago I received 2 or three phone calls from this number. No message, I have
tried to contact to any one there, but I can not get it there is an answer machine which answer
my phone call. What should I do to stop this ilegal practice.

are you serious?? Dr dum dum... you need to know what exactly it is before calling them criminals.. They are one of the online schools, they called me 10 times a day. one day i picked up and spoke to them and understood what they wanted. They call to provide you information that you requested going to some website regarding online school. I told them that i am not interested and remove me and they did that for me. it took 2 min of my time and thats it.

I got 9 calls yesterday and told 4 of them to please stop calling.  I have already gotten 1 call this AM.  They always ask for my husband (phone is in his name), saying that he asked them to call.  He works at night and sleeps all day and says he did not ask anyone for info.  I have just called the # asking them to stop calling.  So we shall see.

It is a college phone service, I believe when they contacted me (5 times) they announced themselves as Illinois Arts Institute. I had to request that they stop calling me twice, and called them once to inform them that if I received one more call that I would report the number to my local police and file a harassment complaint. I think they got my number from monster.com, which I specifically requested they -not- share my info.

I called to be taken off the list the DeVra On-line achool the sales lady was VERY RUDE and hung up on me. Then I got a call about 2 minutes later from another person from the DeVra. They herassing me and my wife from 8/20/10 to 8/23/10. At the end I asked to talk to manager... Tedd and its seems that he lately removed my name from their list.

This number has called me FIVE times today. Do you guys know for sure that it is Devry?

They called me about 50 times when I called back and asked them to stop they hung up on me in the middle of my sentence ........I'm about to invite them to meet me somewhere ..or at least I'd like to get their address so I can picket their place of business

these people have no balls they keep calling and never leave a voice mail. i'm getting tired of these people. i on the no call list and they keep it up.

I have no idea as to who the caller is.  I get calls every few days at any time and day of the week.  Latest one was 10 minutes ago, Wednesday the 29th of September, about 10:30AM.

You have to call them back and tell them to stop calling you and that you are have already found another school.

I did just what one of the people suggested.  I returned the call and a very nice sounding person answered.  I simply asked, "Would you remove me from your call list please"... She said no problem.  I told her that I received three calls for a "Kevin", all from different area codes, within four hours.  The first caller said they were the University of Phoenix.  The second caller was a discourteous collection type of guy who had diarhea of the mouth and finally hung up on me when I continued to maintain that I was not his Kevin, or anybody else's Kevin.  The third call was from a strange area code also, and didn't respond when I answered.  I knew right away that they wanted Kevin, so I answered, "There is no Kevin at this number."  When I called back the lady said that Kevin had a similar number to mine and they put my number into the computer by mistake.  Whew!  Sorry to be so long but I thought something in here may help someone else.  Harass them right back, everybody call that number a dozen times a day, 24-7.

I had that number and 7 others calling me about online schools.  I was delighted to discover that my cell phone has a reject list feature.  It's an older phone, too, so if your cell phone is suffering 800 number calls, see if you have that wonderful feature you can use.
