I an on my state's do Not Call List. Despite that, I have been receiving these calls on and off for months, they want my credi card info to "lower my rates." When I aksed them what credit cards they were inquiring about, they hung up. I filled a report with the wire fraud division of the FBI and the calls stopped for a few months. The calls just started again. Today I pressed one and told the person I was on DNCL and that I had asked the company myself to not call. She hung up on me. So I just filed a complaint with state's DNCL registry and asked that I be contacted by law enforcement. I have a lot of spare time and like ot channel my bad temper in a proactive manner.

Just got a call 10 min. ago.  I pressed 1 to talk to a live operator.  He wanted to lower my interest rate.  He had no idea of what cards I have and aksed me to verify my credit card number.  I told him is was 1800kiss my ### and then they hung up.

Same story as those above...lower interest rates. Is there a way to stop this?

call to cell phone.  ignored it. Caller ID just showed the number

Have received several calls from this number, but I never answer.  Very irritating.

"This is Heather from Account Services..."
Telling me I may be eligible to lower my interest rates.
I have tried to opt out by pressing 2 several times, and
also by speaking to a live human (I am giving them the
benefit of the doubt).  The "humans" either hang up on
me or tell me I've been removed.

My # has been on the DNC list for over a year.
Does anyone know how to track these bottom-feeders down?

Got a call this morning; as always, if I don't recognize the number, I don't pick up and then I Google it. Don't they realize they are wasting their time? It's too bad though, that some people are so gullible, otherwise these losers wouldn't be wasting their time doing this.

My call from +850 433 1850 was about lowering my credit card interest with the automated "press 1" or "press 2".

Got a call at 11:15 am edt from this number.  I don't have credit cards, what offer could it be -- I wanted to talk to the Live Operator to tell them to stop harassing me.

they tried the same thing with me offering to lower all my credit card interest rates.  They asked for my CC #'s, exp. dates, SS# and other information.  I hung up on them!

Caller ID said Pensacola, FL 850-433-1850 When I answered a recording said I had won a cruise to the Carribean press #9 To claim or #8 to be removed from the list. I hung up

Received a call on my cell phone.  Did not answer.  I too am on the DNC list.  I wish there was something that truly could be done to stop this.

I just stayed on the line and it hung up.

Refused to specify Bank name/ CC or their own name/address.
Definite crooks. I'll try to file complaint with Do Not Call Registry.

Same thing.  Didn't recognize the number, no voicemail.  Strange.

didn't answer, and they didn't leave a message, but previous calls when i did answer are like the previous posts on this website

I just got the same call, didn't answer it.  I called 411 and they said that they have no listing for the number.  I don't even have a credit card, so have no clue why they would be calling me.
