I have 3 operator recorded.... calling thru switchboard  acting as a "sheriff" in route to deliver to "whomever" they are looking for.   Also have 3 operators names, and you can clearly see how  method is changed into "Im a  Paralegal...a Law clerk " method....They refuse to ask for employees supervisor and or HR director, and attempt to get 16year students involved in this unprofessional manner of collecting debt.

HR director of 28 years called  local Constables office & Clerk of Court to verify and report the rotating toll number(s) , operator name(s), and before its sold to another creditor, the company name....

I received a call from someone named Oliver.  She said she had a summons in hand and was coming to my house or job within 24 to 48 hours. She said  have 2 forms of ID. Called from phone # 855-393-3793.. I think this call was a plank. No case number, no address, no name. Give no personal information.

Thank you to all the prior posts-you jut saved me a bunch of money-my advise to anyone that receives a call from this 'firm' is to file a report with your local law enforcement agency-for me it was the police department -they told me filing the report of suspected scam protects me if they do attempt to show up at my job. THANK YOU AGAIN TO ALL OF THOSE OUT THERE THAT TOOK THE TIME TO POST-you have indeed been 'your brothers keeper' and may God bless you for that!

They called and said a message was left saying my 92yr old gma was being summond to court for outstanding debt for over $2000. I did call back adn they had her info and sounded like it was a ligitamate concern, however I assured them there was no way this could be my grandma that made the debt.  They told me to fax them her POA info and they would send me all the case files. I did verify her name and the address, but couldn't verify her SS.

I am SO glad I read these posts today. Thanks everyone for calming my nerves. I got a call from "OLIVIA" from Swanson Walker and she said she was preparing to give me a summons in the next 24-48 hours (I am in Los Angeles), and to have 2 forms of ID ready. She said she was going to my home and place of work.

It did scare me because I DO owe on some past medical bills. But I have NEVER got a call like this before. I will ignore them. Thanks again.

Got a call today from "Olivia" also but she said she was from "Legal Caring Services" but gave me same 855 #. I have not returned the call but I know what info she will have about me and where it came from. Last month someone hacked into the student application files at the community college I attended. Complete bs. I don't plan on returning the call.

Yeah my husband got a call from them on his cell phone today while he was at work never answerd but he ha me listen to the voice mail it was some olivia chick from "Legal Caring Services" well my husband doesn't owe anyone anything. so i called no answer but then i googled the company name and the first thing that popped up was this website. so I'm goin to post something on fb to let everyone know about the scam that is goin on

I have been getting calls from various Law firms even the Florida State Dep. of Fraud from a Mr. Paul Rosenberg. The call came in under "Restricted" so I did not answer. The number he gave was a 855-393-38.. number the last 2 digits got cut off from the machine ending because he left such a detailed message about how I was going to be summonsed by the court to appear in front of a county judge. All these calls are very threatening and repeating I have committed FRAUD. I did pay these people some money a yr ago when they first called me. I was scared to death. But when I was about to make another payment I call them to ask for their Name of the Law Office the lady on the phone got very angry and screamed at me that I can't default on my payment arrangement and that if I did ALL the money I paid in would be lost!! WHAT???? I knew something was not right! I have since received several calls from different people all with FRAUD claims. This was all over a veryyyy old Check N Go account. Beware and is anyone else getting calls from a 855-393-38?? number ???? :( :( :(

OMG!!!! THE SAME THING HAPPENED TO ME.  WHEN I CALLED THEM THIS MORNING TO TELL THEM TO CALL MY ATTORNEY, THEY TOLD ME "SEE YOU IN COURT" AND HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME.  THE SAD PART IS THAT THEY HAVE MY SS NUMBER.  THEY WANTED 5,000.00 DOLLARS OR A SETTLEMENT OF $1,000.00.  I TALKED TO VICTOR.  HE TALKED TO ME WITH ALL THESE LEGAL TERMINOLOGIES.  MY HUSBAND WAS READY TO PAY THEM UNTIL I SAID NO! THAT WE HAD TO INVESTIGATE THIS BECAUSE I DIDN'T FEEL THIS WAS LEGAL.  THEY ACCUSED ME OF NOT PAYING A CREDIT CARD FROM 2001.  I DON'T OR DIDN'T EVEN OWN A CREDIT!  THIS IS SCAM!!!!!!!! DON'T PAY THEM A PENNY!

Same thing is happening to me right now.  I am not going to give them a penny, but they do have all my information...Social sec number, phone number, address, etc.  How did they obtain all that information?? They are accusing me of owing a credit card from 2001.  I talked to my attorney and  told him what was going on and he told me that it was a scam, not to give them money.  To call them the next day and give them my attorney's name and number and that he was going to take care of the matter.  When I called them this morning and told them that...Victor told me that he was not going to call anyone and that his attorneys were going to see me in court and he hung up the phone on me.  No professional company will ever treat you that way.  I don't own no credit card from 12 years ago and if they want to take me to court, then do it, but I am not going to give them $900 or a penny.  I'm sure there is a lot of people out there that get so scared and give them whatever they ask for.

Glad your police department listened to you. I got a similar call from a different number last week. I called my police department because the caller said they were coming to arrest me for a payday loan I never had. My police department told me I was stupid for answering an unknown number and if I called back again, I would be arrested for harassing the police department. Nice to know you can't even get help from the police department.

I received a call on April 23. When I called the 855 number the man on the phone couldn't "see the name on the acct clearly". He said he would remove my phone so I wouldn't get future calls.
Today, April 25, I got a phone message saying it OLIVIA LAWSON, trying to serve mr a second time and to make myself available.  After receiving that message, I decided to google the 855 number. This is just what I suspected. I gave them NO information. The guy didn't even ask my name.  I figured it was balony, and it is!

Got a call at my office from this number, stating that they have been attempting to serve a summons! I work for a law firm so the joke is on them. It is illegal for any debt collector to make threatening calls or threats that they do not attempt to follow through on such as sending a police officer to make an arrest unless you settle the debt. Try and get as much information as you can from the caller and then report them to your state attorney generals office. Most of all do not give them any information about yourself.

I received a threatening message today from Isabella Wilson 855-845-2940 with Swanson Walker & Associates regarding an affidavit of assignment for a civil judgement against me and told me to call back at 855-393-3793.  She represented herself as a paralegal but she talked so fast I couldn't understand much of what she was saying.  My husband also got a call on his cell with the same message for me.  I don't owe anyone any money, so this must be a scam!  I called back the 855-845-2940 to see if anyone would answer and a man identified himself as Mr. Jackson.  I told him I had the wrong number because I am very sceptical that this is legitimate!!

The exact same thing from the same person happened to me today!  What's going on??? Have they tried to contact you again?

these people have been harassing me for months, even after i told them i dont know the person they're calling about. then (because my name cames up on their caller id) they try to switch it around and use my name. i called them back today and told them to stop calling me and i know what scam they're trying to pull and the guy started screaming at me. and when i told the guy he wasnt acting "very professional" for supposedly "being a law firm", he yelled some more, called me a "[***]", and hung up.  HA! what a joke. i want to find these people and sue them for harassing me and shut them down.. what they're doing is ridiculous and i dont understand how theyre getting away with it....

Someone recently left me a voice mail saying the same crap.  I just ignored it and turned off the answering machine.

You have to be kidding, right?!?!?, no one in their right mind would pay a debt that they don't owe!  If these people are legit, then LET'S GO TO COURT and clear this up.  LEGITIMATE companies do not threaten as this is against the law.  Also, why would a LEGITIMATE company have a blocked number or something along the lines of 000-000-0000 and why won't these people give pertinent information about the so-called debt and whine everytime someone asks to be sent this info in writing.

Got the same call; will be calling this woman back to tell her that I will be waiting for her not only with my two pieces of identification but also with a deputy sheriff from my local sheriff's department.  I can't wait for my DAY IN COURT (sic) - as if they will EVER follow through with this baseless threat!

I got a call from these idiots today claiming I wrote a bad check in 2003. I asked for the company and date. He kept saying I was cutting him off several times when he clearly is making stuff up. I did collections for 3 - 1/2 years and he didn't know anything about the mini miranda. That's a lawsuit!!! He said I don't have the capability of paying anything and hung up. I researched them and I kinda figured they were scammers. To top it all off I don't live in that state. PLEASE, PLEASE SOMEBODY SHUT THESE GUYS DOWN!!!
