signed up to TDBank a couple days ago... today I've gotten this call 3 times.

I just received a call from this number as well on my cell. Didn't answer, and they didn't leave a message. Strange reading through these posts...I bank with TD as well.

TD Bank has nothing to do with this - I don't bank with them and I've been getting A LOT of calls today, and have done over the past few weeks - today is especially annoying/frequent.

I work for td we do have a company outsourced to call customers about their service u will likely get a call 36 to 48 hrs after you make a transaction at the bank they should only ask how your experience was and no personal info. We are held accountable for the service we provide to our customer....

Have been calling since February-2011. They called 3 or 4 times last night,09/28/2011. I never answer , never a message left. I have accidently answered them once because my tv was off and I could not see who was calling. I have recorded the time and dates of these calls.Please, how to I rid myself of this  pest.

Also received a call from734-542-7758 at 9:28 PM on 09-28-11 and it came up as Market Strategy on my TV screen. Maybe they are connected somehow.

got a  call from  these  losers  today at  1pm  ( est )  10.01.2011........as  usal  , calls and  hangs  up , no  message  left...........

*** as  noted  is  other  posts for this   number ,  the   (  855)  prefix  has  been  recently  released  for  use  by  telemarketers and  scammers  alike...............so  any    incoming  call  with    "855"   showing  is  100%  to be a  telemarketer /  scammer etc........

- in  the   RARE  case a  mesage  is  left ,  is  will always  be a   fake  one.  ( they  will leave a  fake  message  trying  to  fool  you  into  calling  back , so  never  do !!!  )   just  block the  number  if  you  can.

these  numbers  may  NOT  be  the   actual  one  calling , as   they are  always  " offshore"   and  originate  from  god  forsaken  countries   like  india /  malaysia  / philippines etc.............

this  one  i  taced  to a   "  so  called"    company  called    CORE  ESSENTIALS   ( a  opinion  research   company ).....translation............telemarketer /  scammer!!!


dead  giveaways  are  the   855  prefix , among  others ,  calling and  hanging  up , and  calling at  weird and  strange  days and  hours ........ALWAYS  SCAMMERS AND  TELEMARKETERS !!!

that's cuz you just opened an account probably, they'll do a survey with you, and if you do it, you'll 99.99% won't get any calls, the survey's about 5 mins

yeah, cuz the company does more than just td calls, we also do td waterhouse, investment, and canadian pulse, which is just a survey for canadian households

that's kinda offensive.... and corsential isn't a telemarketer or scam, it's a research company where we collect data on customer service.... and pls don't pick up the phone and yell, most ppl that work there are like high school and uni students... they wouldn't have no life and just go scam you, it's where most kids have their first job.....

I receive call from this scamer almost daily and I filed complain to 'DoNotCall' evertime.  However, it look like the 'DoNotCall' does not take action as our mighty goverment promise us.

I am a college student that has a TD Bank account. They recently messed up a large amount of my perssonal information to set up my account so now it is frozen. I received a call from this number 7:53pm EST but I did not pick up.  I wonder if that is why the are calling me.

I've received 4 calls from this number over the last 3 days. I have not answered. I thought that I was on a "do not call" list for telemarketers, etc. Did my bank, or some other institution feed these guys my number? Great website by the way...

Don't be an idiot!!  If you call an 855 number (pick up the phone and push the buttons) then you are the "calling party" and you are NOT charged.  
Unless someone is calling you collect or you OWN the "toll-free" number, you cannot be charged for answering your phone!

Quit posting such nonsense.  If you truly believe they are charging you to answer your phone, look at your phone bill and PROVE IT.....I guarantee you if you look up 866, 888, 800 etc... you will see the EXACT SAME INFORMATION in the details that you find for 855.

Got a call from the 855-496-4285,  06OCT2011.  Did not answer.  No information when attempt to track number was made through google "free reverse lookup phone number".  This blog and other blogs appeared.

Has called me a few times.  I have always let it ring thru to voicemail -- can hear call center type conversations in background, but caller never says anything and eventually hangs up.
