- coder replies to Be CarefulYou are backwards. If you read this as the "calling party" being you, the person being called in this circumstance, and the "called party" as the person/company owning the 855 number, then you will see what it is actually saying. It is describing it as if you are the one calling the 855 number.
- AnnoyedYea I just got 3 calls in the span of 1 hour from this number. F OFF WHOEVER U ARE
- td customerI got this call on Fri. very late. Usually, legit companies do not call outside "normal" hours. Coincidently, two days before I made a phone call to TD Visa + tried to do some internet purchases using TD card. The ringing was short, so I couldn't unswer. No more calls since
- A.C.EagerPlease stop calling me.
- gerrithey have been calling me for over a week, I do not pick up calls that say unavailable on the caller
ID, I blocked they number a few days ago, tonight they called me 3 times in less than 15 minutes- Caller: 855-496-4285
- FeltI received a call from them at 2:54 p.m.; no message. I am concerned about the bank survey scam information because recently I did get a call from a 1800 number claiming to be from my bank, and they asked me questions about my business account and transferred me to a representative to give me advice on investments. I did get a call from my local branch, which seemed to be legitimate, but you brought up a very good point. It's like not asking for I.D. information over the phone or by email. Maybe it's a step up from their original scam strategies because people are catching on.

Persistent SOB's. - Former TD customerYou are being harassed by a company employed for marketing purposes by TD bank.
Their primitive operation is why they cannot avoid calling you continually, or calling you at night at 9pm or later. They employ an auto-dialer and it is staffed with incompetence.
Look at the number of complaints here, you are being harassed when you are contacted by this number, you should not give any consideration to this practice just because it was initiated by a bank you have an account with.
React appropriately, contact the company that is harassing you directly at the phone number or the address below.

React appropriately, close your accounts with TD, they cannot be unaware of the harassment they are underwriting. Look at the number of complaints, all because your bank hired a bad firm, and TD does not seem to care.
You know how to contact TD, go there and close your account, provide "Corsential / TD harassment" as your reason for doing so.
Close your account with TD, it will help them to learn proper behaviour and to not ignore their customers, and you will not be abused and harassed any longer.
Also, complain to the CRTC, this company is in Canada, harassing Canadians.- Caller: Corsential / TD Bank
- HAHAHA replies to LOL| 1 replyOnly losers work in phone boiler rooms, which also explains why you get so many complaints, because you suck even at loser work.
When I was in Uni the people that did that work were generally on a path to addiction, or were addicts, and I don't recall any of them actually graduating.
You can earn just as much at McDonalds, and at least them you serve a purpose, serving trash to your peers. - seyhey replies to JackIt would if you used your Verizon number on your paperwork when you opened your account.
- Perspectives| 2 repliesTo harrass means to annoy persistently or to create an unpleasant or hostile situation for especially by uninvited and unwelcome verbal or physical conduct.
Corsential does not do that.
Corsential treats every respondent/interviewee with utmost tact, respect and courtesy. While we try our best to soften an initial refusal by explaining the purpose of the survey, we do not threaten, hung-up, use vile words or call people vicious names to get our job done.
Once the respondent/interviewee requests that his/her number be stricken off the list, his/her number is properly coded to reflect the request. All one should do is to pick-up the phone, answer the short survey or request to be taken off from the list.
While it is true, that our legitimate call may be lumped together with all the other ‘unwelcome’ calls, we differentiate ourselves by making sure that our respondent/interviewee is in no way harassed. And, like most of you here, we want it to remain that way.
In the end, like everyone else, we do what we should do so we can do what we really want to do. - Rob replies to Perspectives| 1 replySHILL ALERT; SELF-SERVING, BOGUS POST TRYING TO JUSTIFY THEIR ACTIONS.
Well, I guess we know where you work, yeah? And you know the meaning of the word harrass, too, and included the "create an unpleasant or hostile situation". Corsential does do that. Read the posts, shill.
Corsential does not treat every respondent/interviewee with utmost tact, respect and courtesy, or these complaints wouldn't be here. You do nothing that doesn't benefit yown your objective, which is to get people to respond by using any and all means possible. You do threaten, hung-up, use vile words or call people vicious names to get our job done
All one needs to legally do is do is to pick-up the phone and request to be taken off from the calling list. There is no requirement or justificaiton for asking people who do not wish to participate in your actions to do ANYTHING.
It is true that your solicitations (look that word up, loser) are lumped together with all the other ‘unwelcome, harassing’ calls, because there is no differentiation between you and all the other solicitors who ignore people's requests not to be bothered on phones that they pay for for their use, not the use of people/groups/solicitors. Don't try to justify your actions. You've just made yourself and those you represent look like fools, and, of course, verified who you are working for.
In the end, like everyone else, we do what we should do so we can do what we really want to do, which is live in our homes, and drive our cars without people bothering us. - Perspectives| 1 replyFurther, in doing our surveys, we only zero in on the customer service he/she received in his/her most recent transaction with his/her bank.
We do not ask for any personal information.
We do not sell anything.
We do not have access to your bank profile.
AND everything we gather is kept confidential.
--
All these efforts are geared towards improving your next banking experience.
Why?
Because we believe that your opinion matters, your voice heard and your choices counted.
You are given a chance to be proactive, to account for change, to take part in making things better.
It is your bank’s way of taking care of you, of giving back the good business you share with them.
Nothing more, nothing less.

And, yes we can provide all the explanation but sadly never the understanding. - Gator| 1 replyWhomever this is calling....they only call for a few rings and then hang up before an answer. Their number is also busy when I do a redial. Caller beware!
