If you can't google I don't know how you could check anything out for yourself....
    https://www.greenwich.com/

Or you can just, you know, walk into your branch and ask them if it's not legit. Can you do that?

Speaking of ignorance--you have ignored the request for a physical address & contact information  of the company.  WHY??  You did say you had nothing to hide AND you are not protecting anyone, didn't you??

2nd time I'm posting it (but please pretend I'm Ignoring it, it makes your narrative more believable)

I said I have nothing to hide, and that's why I posted it already. And that's why I'm posting it a second time.

You do know when the words are blue you can click on them, right? It's called a link. To the info you're demanding.

Why Yes, I do think are are hiding something!  So you took and hung on to a job where you felt abused; stayed there for 18 months, and now come to this site to get sympathy and an apology?  I think you want the "Pity Party for the Emotionally Crippled and Abused Tele-Scammers Chatroom."   The only way this adds up is you are shill for greenwich (the great and wonderful) or you actually LIKE being abused.  Maybe 18 months wasn't enough?  Tell ya what, no warm fuzzy greetings at this branch, little snowflake.

There are physical offices all across the USA and Canada, their addresses are in the above link (now posted three times... can any of you scroll?)

Why am I "covering" for them?? Well its not so much that I'm "covering" just want some of you to know all you have to do is say "not interested" or "take me off the list" so my friends who still work there don't have to take the abuse that the jobs comes with.  I'd know when we're calling someone a 2nd or 3rd time in the day.. and I'd know when they would finally get so mad that they'd pick the phone and spew hatred.

I always thought it's just people who are absolutely impotent and angry. They are impotent because they're mad at their boss, or mad at their wife and mad at everyone else, but they can't do anything about it.... then finally I would call and say "Hello Sir, my name is __________ I'm calling on behalf of TD Banks" and would then get yelled at horribly.  And I knew that this is just a catharsis for them but it wears on ya---  this is why I decided to try to explain something to you all--- be less stressed and find proper vents for your frustrations or at least be less stress by saying NOT INTERESTED. How [***] hard is that to do?

But no.... be Columbo! Believe every angry person who never answered the phone...  who thinks its a grand conspiracy.
You can believe them all if you want. But be a human. You know the name, Greenwich. Ask your branch manger if it's real and then the problem is solved. This is not covering for anyone. This is telling a [***] they would be happier not banking their head into the brick wall. But go ahead be as paranoid as you want.  And of course do not click on the link above and see that its legit, and do not click on the links I've posted from TD Bank about Greenwich

    https://mediaroom.tdbank.com/index.php?s=30379&item=94207

    Not interesting actually.

And I didn't have to "look up tis number" and this isn't a number it's a forum.

But semantics aside, I didn't have to look anything up. Everyone at Greenwich knows if you google "Greenwich associates" and "TD Bank" you will find forums full of people b itching about calls they were too afraid to answer, or suspecting Greenwich but never actually asking their bank (or asking the bank receptionist about a specific 800 number instead of asking about Greenwich) never asking branch manager if its legit. Never even googling it. Just one big paranoiac party!!

Now that I no longer work there I decided to see the As s clowns myself. What a pathetic lot of paranoid old freaks!

So now you have the legal name. You have the address. You can do whatever you want. Like some people here have said just shoot these [***] already" (oh but why would I want to defend myself and my friends?)  you can call them and harass them (and waster more of your banks money) or you can use the name to go into your banks and find out f its a scam like you all seem to think!

Think about it. Why would I be telling you to go to your branch and ask about them if it wasn't legit? What could I possibly gain from telling idiots to just pick up the phone and say "don't call back?" I'm doing you all a favor, if you want to [***] on me go right ahead, but just trying to relieve some of your stresses.

don't know how you find this interesting... it's actually really boring and every paranoiac here is a total bore.

"this isn't a number it's a forum."  Well I know that, but what you seem to have missed is that most people plug a number (that would be a phone number) into search page which then brings them to this number thread in this "forum".
"But semantics aside, I didn't have to look anything up"  But semantics aside, you already knew about this page and decided after all this time to come here and defend your ex boss?  If you no longer work there why would you care?
As for being boring, your feeble attempts at making you and your fellow ex employees look legitimate are the ultimate in boring.  I think maybe watching grass grow or paint dry would be more exciting.

    A few things:
One, why should we answer a call WE DON'T KNOW?
Two, telling you people to stop calling RARELY (if EVER) works.
Three, the appropriate calling hours are I believe 8:30am to 8:30pm-not 4:30am to 8:40pm (I could be the wrong on that).
Four, you are COLD-CALLING people on the DNC list and that puts you in violation.
You are telemarketing scum that came here to run damage control-plain and simple

OK a few things even though theres usaually no need once you call some trolly and call for a purge, but why not, I'll give--

"why should we answer a call WE DON'T KNOW?"

Because you have a TELEPHONE! You do know what these were like in the 80s and 90s right? or even the 70s? People would answer the phone with a "hello" (not like many of you here who pick up a phone every once in a while don't say hello and then report that it was dead air.   Telephone ring. Sometimes from people you don't know. Sure nowadays with all display and cells it's less likely, but why would you answer a phone? Well, why wouldn't you answer a phone? What are you terrified of?

And in the off chance that what I'm saying is correct. All the call is about is 25 questions about who you were treated at the bank--- if that is even remotely true-- then why would you treat your bank so disparagingly?  Would you treat the  receptionist at the bank that way if she asked you if you had a nice time?

"telling you people to stop calling RARELY (if EVER) works."  is that something you have done with TD telling you people to stop calling RARELY (if EVER) works  Or are you talking about generalities? I know when someone would --even rudely-- tell me DO NOT CALL I would click that box and never see that persons name again.

A lot of people would scream on the phone IM ON THE DO NOT CALL REGISTRY!!!! but a bank is allowed to call it's clients about the job they're doing. That's not telemarketing.   And it's not COLD-CALLING. "Hi Mrs X I'm Calling on your behalf of X bank to see how we're doing based on your last visit..." is not a COLD-CALL

No one needs to do damage control. You guys represent the 5% of freak and weirdo's that are so paranoid no one cares about you. You are the pains with your tellers and you are the ones who get angry and accusatory. This call is a litmus test, and no one needs to control damage amongst the paranoid rascal-driving crowd.  Be paranoid.

Wooow... Did someone forget their meds? I don't HAVE to pick up a call from a number I don't know! NO ONE does. And guess what? I've asked people like you to stop calling-guess what...IT DIDN'T WORK. The person actually SWORE at me and hung up! If the person doesn't BANK with you, then it's a cold-call-deal with it.

Hi everyone. I work for this company - Greenwich Associates. Its not a scam. We are just people doing our jobs at minimum wage. There are some really rude comments here. We do customer satisfaction surveys on behalf of TD.

The only information we have in front of us is your name, and also accessible are your phone number and last branch you visited. That's it.

TD gives us the numbers that we dial each day. If you dont want to receive calls anymore -- tell TD. You can pick up once and tell us as well, but you might receive a call again eventually, so best to just tell TD so they completely remove your name off the list.

The surveys we do are generic-- just opinions on the service you received.

Some surveys only have one listed respondent that we ask to speak to. If they arent there then we are not allowed to speak to anyone else about the nature of the survey even if they claim its a joint account, because we only see the ONE name that TD provided us. If TD gives us two names then we'll ask for either. Its a privacy thing.

We are not permitted to answer to business lines.

You might get multiple calls cause we have a quota we are supposed to meet so if we dont meet it then we redial previous numbers. I agree though that getting 4-5 calls is a bit ridiculous.

If anyone is being rude or weird you can report them to Greenwich. In Canada market research companies are regulated by the MRIA  (market research intelligence association) that you can confirm our legitimacy with. In America I have no idea.

Hope this enlightens some of you. Next time please pick up the phone and do the survey and help your fellow minimum wager-s get some completes!
