It is a valid call from Corsential, an opinion research firm. They are a third party that TD Canada Trust uses to conduct market research.

this makes sense.  I just opened a TD bank account yesterday and called customer service twice in the last 12 hours.

Caller didn't leave message.  I don't have associations with them businesses anyway.  I'm not falling for it.  I just don't answer the phone.

Number will be blocked. I have no connection to TD Bank unless they are associated with folks who did my car loan(Not going to name), the final payment of which was made this month. If that be so, they can measure my satisfaction by sending me a letter with survey. Will not do it by phone!

Yes, it is not TD Bank, but a 3rd party survey provider. They are calling for multiple companies that are using their service. It is most likely because you did some business or had communication with one of the companies that are using their service for conducting surveys.

Call from 1-85-496-4285 - Rings every day sometimes twice a day.  They give 1-866-233-6134 as a call back number.  They say they are conducting a survey on Banking and International Trade.  I just pretended to take a message for our CO and ignore them.  I am sure they will get fed up soon.

1855 496 4285 called me twice ten minutes apart..says they are from sounds like GRAND Associate something like that about financial thing..but i did not answer it.thanks for reporting this number.

855 496 4285 is a TD Canada Trust visa/survey number. how can I block their persistent annoying calls

I think this " survey" company is a ruse, used by social benefits "fraud squad". I may be wrong, but 3 people I know received calls from this exact number claiming to be TD bank. Coincidentally, all 3 people were soon ordered to attend an interview with Quebec investigators for welfare fraud, 2 of them,and the 3rd person for disability fraud. Apparently they are actual investigators, through the Quebec Provincial Police Fraud Unit. TD probably had an agreement with them to use their bank....
Maybe just a coincidence.

It pays to have a smartphone. I create contacts, Scam1, Scam2, .... for all these numbers. More than one scammer number can be added under a contact. I check the option "Send all calls to voicemail" for these contacts. I am never bothered by these calls again as they all go to voicemail and scammers don't leave messages. I see all the attempts as missed calls but the phone doesn't ring. When I have time I delete the missed calls from the log to completely erase the thought of receiving these call.  Have a nice day, good people and scammers.

its not a scam TD has hired this company to call. Get your facts straight

Your TD bank supervisor would not know of such details because is just the supervisor. I'm sure if you contacted TD's marketing team you would the right answer, Greenwich is a legitamate company hired by TD. Greenwich will never ask for your financial information just how your visit was.

I received a phone call from 1 (855) 496-4285 saying that she is from TD Bank doing a survey. I have to say she wasn't very professional: she asked for my husband w/o telling me who she was. I asked her who she was and why she is calling.

Caller is pleasant enough AND she speaks English....CLEARLY.  Wanted to do survey or evaluation of "banking services and products"  Just put her into voicemail because we are not interested

They call me constantly. Today I answered "fraud department, how may I help you?" They asked for someone. I said "You have reached the fraud department, would you like to make a claim?" They hung up. #WINNING!!!! So sick of these calls & I happen to be the head of The Fraud Department.
