SCAM call do not answer

I've been called twice in two days now.  Currently it is a voice with a British accent directing to fraudulent web site and phone number.  DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION.  JUST HANG UP or better yet, block the phone number.

The caller ID for this number 855-805-5486  is "TOLL FREE CALL".  He asked for someone who doesn't work here.

I received a phone call from a person with a heavy accent asking me to log onto my account at citibankcostco.com  or call them at this number.  I typed in the website and a strange looking page with that name came up, but there was nothing on it and no place to log in.  I quickly closed it and then looked to see if the telephone number was a scam and it is.

Calls come in from this number 4-5 times per day - early in the morning and late in the evening:  British accent, difficult to understand, mumbling something about my Costco Visa card.

Thank you! Didn't know my landline had a blocking feature. When I checked after viewing your post I found it does. I'm so tired of getting these daily calls.

Our business gets a robo call every day around 1 PM asking us to log into our Citibank/Costco card account and then call them at some 800 number.  I have since called Costco in our area and asked them about this and they said it was a scam and do not call the number or login to where they tell you to log into.  SCAM!!!!

Overtly annoyed-3 phone calls for at least four months, every day, with some lame recording that this is Citibank Costco credit.....can you not stop these random calls from bothering us? This is a landline, and these calls are coming to our business every day.

that is incorrect. .. citiban kwill call you as soon as your account turns delinquent.. which can happen within 3-5 days after a missing payment.. also citibank has collection on site so it is not a third party that will reach out.. citibank calls

They have been calling me 2-3 times a day including Sundays. They never leave a message.

I received daily calls from 855-805-5486 stating the caller was from City Bank. I called Citibank and was told it ispossibly a scam since they do not make calls concerning accounts. I was alsotol the phone number is not recognized by Citibank.

This is not a scam. This is the direct line for Citibank Costco collections. Some of you are unaware of the Amex conversion and think it's a scam. Citibank is allowed to contact you 4 times a day on every number on the account. Which might be the reason you're receiving a lot of calls. A lot of ppl are unaware of the conversion and their Costco membership fee was charged to their anywhere Visa card and the longer the account is past due, the more late charges and interest fees are accruing every month. Some accounts are even at risk of being charged off. Call Citibank directly and confirm this information if you don't believe me.

I keep getting calls from this number. It says in here it is Costco Citi Bank or??
I HAV no balance on my new card yet have received at least 30 calls from them‼️😡

That is exactly what happened to me. We were NOT notified ahead of time about this. The transition was not done very well👎

They pretend to be Citibank. I don't even have an account. Never have. Absolute scam. Beware and report.

My Costco AmEx was transferred last year, paid off and canceled.  I got a call today for me to pay the remainder of my bill.  I called Citi and they said I was all caught up and they don't show I owe anything.

I am late paying my Citibank Costco card.  This call is because of that.

I got a call from 855-805-5486,  I did not answere and they left no message.

Has called 7 times in the last 20 hours. Does not leave a message.
