Called me as well and hung up on answering machine.  If they are as identified by prior postings, not sure reporting them if you are on the DNC registry will do any good as the DNC registry allows:

•calls by or on behalf of tax-exempt non-profit organizations

Since they are calling on behalf of Shrine Temples they are probably allowed.

Caller ID said Tennessee  left no message

I am on the do not call list.  They should not be calling.  I am also from Floida.

Answer machine picked up and no message was left.......just a person sighing with a deep breath as in disgust that no one had answered.  I now check all unknown area code calls and also am on the do not call list but I still get these solicitations. I screen all my calls so if they don't leave a message, they don't hear from me. Thank God for answer machines to control these intruders!!

My caller ID read "Shrine Services".  I let my answering machine do its job but no reply on the other end.
At least Cheryl Mount (post-25 Aug 2011) talked with someone.  Most of us got dead air.  I'll do my usual "Block" party.

Calls and hangs up when answering machine picks up.  I am in FL and on Do Not Call lists.  ID is from "Tennessee Call", no other info.

Some guy named "LEON" said he represented Shriners. He wanted a donation and got nasty when I asked him to stop calling. He hung up. I called Shriners and reported him

Annoying that they call and hang up when I answer.  I'm on the do-not call list, although I would not turn down the Shriner's if they hired mannerly people to call me.

Called, left no message on my answering machine.

Message says "Unknown Caller". Let em eat cake!

I answered phone as caller ID said Knoxille and I thought maybe one was calling. I said Hello, they said Hello, then they hung up and didn't call back? I assumed maybe they were "mining" phone numbers, or checking to see if I was home to burglarize. Reassuring if they are only inept telemarketers, but since I'm on Do Not Call registry, I shall now report them.

Yes caller left msg of deep breathing and maybe saying something, but was not audible on voiceamail.

I have received two calls from this number, identified as Shrine Services on the caller ID, but no location.  Upon reading previous posts, this outfit is a telemarketing group, aka Estel, from Knoxville, TN area.  Should they call a third time, the number goes on the reject list of my call screening device, and the phone will disconnect after 1 ring.
