I work for the company, it's not a scam or a rip off. It's a 100% legitimate business. We do a great service, there is no "preying" on anyone. You can say yes, I would like to receive the free gift card and water test or you can say no. And even when you have your water tested by us, we don't use hard sale tactics at all. Again, you say yes or no, that simple. Just because 97% of the "water" companies out there have ripped people off, doesn't mean they all do. And I am sure when you reported his a** to the state, they did nothing. Why, because we operate within the confines of the law. You should check with the BBB and BBI instead of believing everything you read on the internet. Or you must be similar to the girl in the All State commercial, "it has to be true to be on the internet."

We threw the card away last week as rubbish but today received a call asking to speak to me by name.  Same name listed with our water department.  Lady informed me she was from Victory First and that there all our neighbors were complaining about  brown water,  bacteria in their drinking water  and it was happening all over the  city.  I asked her if she was an employee with the City of Tampa water department or affiliated with the City, since she was telling me the water was bad and that everyone was aware of this.  Wouldn't answer the question.  I told her it was a Yes or No question.  She finally said no she wasn't with the water department, City of Tampa, etc.  While she attempted to talk over me, I informed her that I was going to call the City, report her and her company for questionable and unethical practice of lying to people about Tampa having contaminated water  and claiming  my neighbors and residents of the city were complaining about  having brown water filled with bacteria and pollutants.  If you have a product to sell and it is a good product, it should speak for itself.  Throwing dirt or badmouthing another provider or using scare tactics to get your pitch across is not the sort of business I would use or recommend to others.  I contacted the mayor's office and already received a call back from the department assigned to investigate.  The number that showed up on my caller ID from this company either rings busy or takes forever to be answered.

The number is 352-600-8988, so watch out.  They are RUDE!!!

Total scam, considering it was addressed to my last name, yet all the utilities are in my landlord's name and go directly to his house.

    Post mark is Tampa.

This company calls me at least twice a week - despite the fact I've asked them not to call me again!!!  I have begun logging every call with dates and times.  I'm up to 6 in the month of February.  When I get a few more I will report them to the State, BBB and the telephone company for harassment.  It should be a simple thing to say - "I'm not interested, please remove me from your call list", but it seems these folks are deaf.  It's not the caller's fault, so I try to be nice to them - they are only doing their job and let's face it, jobs are hard to come by these days...  I fault the company and perhaps with a serious log of calls with dates and times the BBB might find their tactics a bit harassive and actually do something.

Just received the same type of card today (3/5/2013) in Miami, only difference is that the reply phone no is 786-232-6046. I immediately got suspicious as it does not have any official company name, but thanks for creating this, so I know it is scam. It should be illegal.

Just moved to FL from Washington DC. Received the Water Alert card in the mail today. Thought I violated the watering restrictions or something serious. Thank you for having this site up. I will toss the card and continue to ignore the calls.

Got the yellow card. Since it had no company contact info on it, I assumed it was a scam.  I did look up the 678-364-7070 number  - it is a landline in Peachtree City, GA.

Got the "Official Flyer" in the mail with the big ALERT. on it, so they are still doing this. No answer when called at 3pm, just an answering machine, no company name. I was concerned because there had been a recent boil alert near me. Thanks everyone who posted.

This has been going on for quite some time now seeing the dates on the previous posts. Don't be fooled by this card
tear it up and toss it in the trash! They have no official affiliation with the water company at all and they want to sell you
things. Don't even call the number! They will get your number into their database and your phone will continue to ring all day. The other thing is that the postmark is from Tampa, FL in Hillsborough County and I live in Pasco County. another tip off of the scam they are trying to run on you. BEWARE!

Yeah, got the card yesterday, 1/30/2014 alright. One poster said it was for a Victory Water but no such name shows in Sunbiz.org as any Florida company. I knew right away it was a solicitor as there was no official government name or any address information to where it might have come from. These suckas have got to get more creative than this. LOL. I hope they waste all their money on stamps, and their time. I only wasted five minutes here. :)

Uh, my bad. I apologize but I stated that a previous poster said it was a Victory Water, no, I read it again and it is Victory First. Here's what Sunbiz.org has on them:
    VICTORY FIRST ENTERPRISES , L.L.C.
    PANARESE, MARY PRES
    4084 Commercial Way
    Spring Hill, FL 34606
There was a previous address in Hudson also. I love Sunbiz.org.
Let's all send Mary some good vibes, eh?  ;) Hey, just found her website by Googling her name with Spring Hill. Check this out.  www.victoryfirstwater.com
Victory First Water is the exclusive Puronics dealer serving the central west coast of Florida.....

My dad who has Alzheimer's got scammed by these people in November 2013.  They installed a water treatment system and convinced him to by hundreds of dollars in accessories and water products.  Now he has a monthly bill for system on top of a monthly delivery bill for the salt.  They are charging him $80 to deliver two bags of $8.99 salt a month.  Delivery guy came recently and my mom said that he is very sick and that she doesn't want the product anymore. He got mad and dumped a broken bag of salt all over his yard.  STAY AWAY from this company!!!
