Missed call, number to call back is invalid.

This number was hijacked from our pool of unused TF numbers on Wednesday 3/4 .  Tens of thousands of people across the country have been dialing this number.  Since about 1pm this afternoon the calls were hitting our front door and being rejected. We were forced to have the carrier deny the number arriving to our network to avoid toll charges on fraudulent calls.  Now they are being blocked by the carrier before they arrive at our network.  We have no way of controlling the hijackers falsifying a CID.  The carrier will be investigating from their fraud department.

this number called me on my cell, i ignored it. they diddent leave a message so I tried to call them back. But i got the "were sorry you have reached a number that is no longer in service"

Some kind of expired car warranty. Calls to my home as well as cell phone number. Talk to their customer executives that if they don't stop calling the number, you are going to sue them.

i also got a call from this company.. they have been calling once a week or so on my work # .. not sure where they got it from

I have Virgin Mobile. I don't know who Virgin Mobile leases lines from.

Same problem. I also noticed other posters here are from Portland, as well as AT&T customers.

Got the same call, indulged them with fake address and cars. After speaking to the rep long enough he transferred me to the warranty specialist. We ate up as much time of theirs as we could, made several remarks in the "background" about cocaine, money, and made several sound effects until she finally hung up on us.

This is not because of AT&T.  After reading these posts now I know why people get so easily scammed.  "My car doesn't even have a warranty" "My line is private" "My warranty hasn't expired" "I don't even drive".  This company doesn't know who you are they are just dialing out to thousands of random numbers.  Get it through your head.  They don't know who you are and they didn't get your number from someone.

I got the call and I am wirh verizon.

866-209-7845 - they don't leave a message, just their number shows up. I never answer and if they keep calling, I have already signed up on my cell phone to have telemarketers not call me, so I will file a complaint with the FTC Do Not Call List. Do the same. These [***] need to find a real job.

I get these car warrenty calls daily, but always from a different number.  Always to my cell phone, which I don't give out to anyone as it is my work number.  Very annoying.

They actually left a message this time, automated of course, about my expiring warranty on my car. scam.

I have verizon wireless, I have gotten 4 or 5 calls from them after telling them I wanted off the mailing list.

Ya i have been getting called by them for about 2 weeks now even after they said id be "taken off there list" but that obviously has not happened.
