What does 'NO I WHAT' mean. One would think a doctor could spell better than that!

Simple solution: if they are calling your cell phone you can download a call blocking app (such as Call Control or Mr. Number) and block these calls.

if you get one collection company to stop calling you through courts they will sell the collection to another collection company or lawyer and you will start getting letters, calls and a court date till you pay what you owe.

They call my phone everyday about 10 times a day. This is very unprofessional.

How in the hell do they expect me to answer a call in 2 and 1/2 rings and then not even leave a message! I seriously think these scum bags get paid by the call and the sooner they hang up, the more they can make!

I receive at least 5 phone calls a day from this number. I called back from my work phone to try and clear it up and they hung up on me. I tried calling back at least 5 times and they hang up on me every time. I told the person who picked up the phone the last time that I needed to speak to someone in management and he helped me but had an attitude. I told them that the number I have belonged to someone else and that's who they're trying to get a hold of. I gave them my number and he said "so this isn't Tito?" Um, clearly not. They *said* they'll put me on the do not call list but I doubt they will.

There is a 2nd phone number that they use also. It is 877-233-8526

I just received a call from this company.  It is the first time, but it sounded very, very suspesious.  When I told that I was recording, they said that under "collection clause", they can contact me.  I just hanged the phone.  However, I am glad that I am not by myself.  Thanks for sharing info!!!!

This company also uses other phone numbers, they are 877-233-8526, 310-703-5788, 206-445-6637 and 240-210-7111.

They have been calling me on and off for several months but now they have stepped up  Last night they called 3 times within 5 minutes.  When I answered that one a recording said they had an important message for me and to please hold on, which I decided to do.  I figured I would get a live human being and I could yell, but after holding for a few minutes the call disconnected.  Then they called again today at 8:30AM.  If anyone wants to start any sort of lawsuit against these people count me in.

We keep getting woken up by people calling from the above number, 886-212-7408. We would like to report this so we can sleep.

lets find out were these @h0|es wrk from n pay them a visit.it IS POSSIBLE.lol.hacking,wire tapping can do wonders these days :).  i usually have my number private.n block all calls except those in my contacts list.so i rarely get unwanted calls unless my call block is off for a reason.i wont answer a unknown number or number i dnt recognize ,as we all should.wish the best to u all in dealing with the annoying situation.remember your rights! fight back!

In the state of Texas the law says that from the time of your last payment up to four years that if they don't have a judment against you by a court of law the day after the four years is up you no longer liable for that debt.

I have been getting calls from this company.  They have called from 3 different numbers other then the 800# (so far)  (310)703-5785 (310)703-5788, (206)445-6637.  I block the number, get a day break and then they use a different number.
Very frustrating.

This is Receivable Performance Management or RPM. They called twice back to back, first time with 240-210-7111 then this number (866-212-7408. They were attempting to contact the previous holders of my number, which I have had for three years now. They are not the first to call for them on this number. I called them back to find out what they wanted and they named the previous holders. I simply explained that I have had this number for 3 years, to check with the cable company to verify and gave them my name. The gentleman on the other end was professional, apologized and gave the normal "we'll remove this number but will take 24 hours" line. We shall see...
