Calling and asking for my husband. Refuse to say what they want and who they are.

answered the call, but no one said anything

Have called repeatedly.  They never respond promptly when I answer (there's a long pause, indicating that the call was originally dialed by computer).  They never identify themselves.

Have called daily.  I have been writing down dates and times.
Computer call.  Never leaves message.  I don't answer.

irritating..  I found out who it is and what they want.  it is Synergy solutions and they are calling all Bank of America customers trying to sell them a credit report.

We do not answer when this number pops up (Shows "Out of Area")...but they have been calling at least twice daily for several weeks...very annoying!  Thanks Moondrops for telling us that Bank of America is behind this...Thanks but no thanks B of A you are opening accounts for Illegal Alians, I guess you have to pay for this by selling our names & phone numbers to a Third Party...

Repeated calling at least twice a day. Usually never answer and am added to no call list. I thought I answer this time to tell them to take my name and number off of their call list. When I answered no one responed. I plan to contact Synergy solutions and tell them to take my name and number off of their call list.

Track them down and remove their right to legally use the telephone for the rest of the millenium!

Called at 7:50PM.   Caller ID'd Unknown Name,  so didn't answer the phone.  No message left on the answering machine.

This company is Synergy Solutions and is calling on the behalf of Bank of America!

I would recommend filling a complaint on the Rip-off Report website against Bank of America and Synergy Solutions.  I would also send a complaint to the AG\'s office of the state that you live in and file a complaint at the National Do Not Call Registry.

In the last 36 months, Bank of America has had over 7129 complaints with two Better Business Bureau’s alone.  In fact, Bank of America has had over 580 complaints with the rip off report website and has had numerous complaints about violating the National Do Not Call list at sites like this!

Called at 7:29 PM during dinner.  No response to repeated hellos.

Received a call from this number, showed up as "Synergy Solutions" on the caller ID.  They asked to speak to me (they have my full name), but hung up when I answered.

I received the same call regarding Bank of America selling a credit report.  

When I questioned them on soliciting to a Do-Not-Call number they claimed a loophole stating that we have a business relationship.  

It turns out that MBNA Credit Cards are now owned by BofA.  So I cancelled my MBNA credit card.  

If you want to send them a message, CANCEL your Credit Cards.

Bank Of America has been calling me at home 913-381-7251 for the last several weeks asking for my husband.  Last week I politely told them to take uf off their calling list.  I was told that they would do so but it would take 30 days to take effect.

Today, the caller told me she could only speak with my husband.  I told her that these unsolited calls from Bank of America come as close to harrassment as you can get.  I have the same phone # for over 35 years and am tired of these calls. She told me that the only way to get our number off their calling list is to speak with my husband personally.  We do not have the time or energy for this.  We are a retired couple and don't need this kind of solicitation that is very upsetting to us.

This is an invasion of privacy.  We will no longer use our Bank of America Credit Card.

No detail.   I wasn't home when they called, but the number was on my caller ID unit.

This is the same number that kept calling us, days and nights and weekends, shown on Caller ID). We left a note by the phone and wrote down all repeated nuisance numbers so we don't even have to bother answering.

The calls usually left no answer if the answering mode kicked in, but if I answered there was a pause then most of the times there was the voice that's so hard to understand (they couldn't even pronounce my name right).

As you are aware, many customer service centers are located overseas with people who could barely speak English correctly, thanks to Corporate America greeds. If you buy a product and later need to call C.S. you may not get any help from a fellow American like it used to be.

I will send a complain to BoA and MBNA.  Needless to say I will not use these cards . If you have a balance from these cards, you can let them know by transferring tha balance from other card companies. (I got some offers as low as %6 for the life of the balance to transfer). If you get a good offer to transfer, dump BoA or MBNA.

Yesterday I was watching the TV and one of these toll free jerks called again, I picked the phone up and put it next to the TV speaker and let them hear my show, which happened to be a WWII dog fight between American and Japanese air crafts. I hope the jerk enjoys the machine guns sounds.

They need to get a life.

If you get junk mails save the papers that came with it (only the papers that have no personal info, beware that some will have small bar code or tracking numbers at the pottom of the pages).

Then when you get a junk mail form BOA of MBNA, stuff all the garbage papers in their post paid reply envelope, make it as heavy as you can, let them pay the postage and help the US post office out, keep our mail carriers busy.

This number calls at least 2  times  DAY I work nights and they wake me up all the time. I pay my bills by working why are they harassing me?
