I've insisted that Bank of America call Synergy to stop the phone calls. I've been getting these phone calls on and off for 3 months now.

Everybody: Call Bank of America. Tell them that Synergy is making them look terrible.

Where did you find her name and number? Somebody please post. I am writing a letter to Cease and Desist.

We've been getting calls on a daily basis.  Won't speak to me or leave a message.  Thanks for letting me know.  We'll be canceling our card!

I called the number back after it appeared on my caller ID 6 times in 5 days - 866-228-8944. Someone answered on the first ring. I explained to her that their number was appearing on my caller ID, that I am on the National Do Not Call Registry, and to please remove my name from their call list. The lady said they were calling on behalf of Bank of America, asked for my phone number, and said I would be added to their do not call list and the call list from Bank of America.  She said it may take up to 30 days to take affect. She also apologized in advance if I received any additional phone calls during the 30 days and said to call them back if I had further complaints.

I received a call from BA privast 800-516-9561, he sent me a booklet and the inormation to try out your membership.  There was no number so I contacted you people back in August to cancel.  The bill came out with 12.99 on it with this number of 800-516-9561.  When I called it last week I talked with a Terry who would not give me a last name #50095. He would not let me talk with the manager and said he never heard that I wanted to cancel.  What do I do now.

Caller left a VM message of just silence/static.

I called back and reached "Privacy Assist Premiere, offered by Bank of America." "Lindsey" was polite and agreed to put our name on their Do Not Call list.  

We are on the federal Do Not Call list, but one of our credit card accounts was recently transferred to Bank of America (not by us, but by the original card issuer).  Privacy Assist Premiere is legally allowed to call us, despite our being on the DNC call, because we now have (through no fault of our own) "a pre-existing business relationship" with Bank of America.

We'll be canceling that BoA credit account too.

One lady called from this phone # 1-866-228-8944. She wanted to speak to my husband. I said: "He doesn't speak English". She said: "How about last hight?" I asked her: "What about last hight?" She put the phone. I don't know what does it mean.

3 calls a day no message left I am on the do not call list!!

Got a call from these people today; didn't pick up.   I checked CID and then reverse lookup to see if the call was from an online store I'd ordered from, and ran across this site instead.

These peopled called and asked for my room mate.  She wasn't home and expecting this was a spam call.  I asked the person on the phone if I could get a messege from him to relay to my room mate.  He said his phone number was 1-866-228-8944 and he was with Bank of America and called because there was a high risk of identiy theft and was mailing a credit report to my room mate.  I asked for his name and he got pissed and said Michael Rynheart in a sarcastic voice.  These people don't seem very nice.

Also just wanted to note that on my caller id it says "Card Services" and the phone number displayed didn't match the number he gave me.  It was 702-520-1145

I have four different companies charging me for fraud protection at about $400.00 each, and wiping out my checking account every month.

National Recovery Services, World Wide Promotions, Secure Account Services, they are all charging me for fraud protection and telling me I have to carry their protection to recieve a $900.00 check they recovered for me from companies they shut down.  I never see any money they just keep taking mine.

Yes, I got this call too.  It didn't sound too out of line at the time-just like all telemarketers.  She practically insisted that I try it for 30 days.  I told her I could already tell her that it was too expensive for a retired person.  I wanted to call though before the 30 days were up.  I got on line to the e-mail address they gave.  That's when I saw all these reports.  I have recieved 2 correspondences from them.  They call themselves Credit Education Specialists and give a tollfree #1.800.516.9561 and their operating hours.

They call on behalf of American Express as well
THEY ARE A TELEMARKETER
They don't say they are Synergy Solutions in Pheonix
- you have to grill them for info
But in the name of Identity Theft, they do try to sell you a credit monitering program for 11.95 a month.
Why did AE give my info away?
