Numerous "Out of Area" incming calls throughout the week.  Phone # is on the "Do Not Call" list.

Multiple unsolicited phone calls have been received at my home telephone number, without leaving a message or letting us know who was calling, and for what reason. Wheb I called the number back (a recorded message) noted that the 866-228-8944 number is indeed for Privacy Premier. As I am on Missouri's and the Federal No Call list our state Attorney General will receive a follow-up note from me!

Trying to get details on my credit account cards snd how I get them automated where I at least pay minimum or over all accounts. Thank you very much.

We received a call from 866-228-8944 this afternoon and since we were not home, the answering machine recorded it.   It certainly was not a business call - - - It was definitely a crank call that we have recorded and saved on the computer.  The male voice asked what was on the list to bring.  A twentyish female voice in the background is talking but not clear on what she is saying.  The male voice says, Cocaine and Chips and Dip"  More conversation with female that is unclear.  Then asks for my husband by name.  If this is a company phone and is being used in this way, it makes you wonder what type of people are on the other side making this call.  And what vital information (credit card numbers) they have access to.

Maybe you wont let them talk to your husband because you are in charge of his and your financial life and messed up and are behind on bills... and could possibly be them calling for their money. Just a thought for some of the questions.

I am on the do not call list and it only worked for 3 months. Now I am getting the same une=wanted calls.

Everyday Caller ID shows 1-866-228-8944 has called.  It's irritating to say the least.  No one has time for such foolishness!

We get calls from this number on a daily basis. I tried looking it up under a reverse phone number look up and nothing came up. So i found this website. Now i finally know who is calling everyday. My husband does have a bank of america card but never uses it. So i will be contacting bank of america and this synergy soulutions. Thank you to however created this website.

Update.... I sent an email to the president of synergy soulutions about this problem. I received an email back from her today. She said she looked at this website and said she was shocked at all the complaints. She said they get phone numbers legally from bank of america, and that she would process my request to have our phone number removed from there list. She also said she would have bank of america do the same. Will see if the calls stop. You can go to synergy soulutions website to get her email address.

bank of america keeps calling. said it would take 30 days to remove me from their list. but it has been many more than 30 days.

Can you find a bank that wont open an account for for Illegal Alians?
Give that one up. Besides when an illegal alian opens an account they get the same treatment anyone else gets that has a bank account.  Banks just want to sell you and every other illegal alian all of the extra services they have to offer. It's capitalism!!

I keep getting calls from this #. I say hello about three times and finally someone comes on and starts to ask form my husband but I hang up while the ask. I know that if no one is on the line right away that it is a sales call of somekind. Man I hate them

Called at 10:35.. Caller id 1-866-228-8944  The man wanted to talk to my husband ,and said he was calling on something about Identity theft ..I hung up ,and I am on the don not call list

They left a message this time and I called back and got the following recording before I hung up.
"This is privacy assist premiere".  I did not wait to find out who they are or to talk to someone.  I think the call was to be recorded.
