- ME2Get calls from this number all the time. Finally answered it. Verizon third party reviewing my bill. Couldn't lower it, but could give me free overage minutes. She asked for my pin number for "security purposes". i said for security purposes i don't give it out. Then asked for last four of my SS #. I wouldn't give that out either. A polite have a nice day and that was it. Verizon should knock this off but they won't. Just annoying. If you see the number don't answer.

- ATuckfoot replies to SimonAfter 10 days in a row of missing calls from this number, I called them back today. It is indeed Verizon Wireless trying to upgrade my service. Told the curt but friendly woman to stop all calls to my number from Vzn Wireless. She said she'd made the change and said goodbye. We'll see.........
- FCCDon't bother with these websites, they produce no results. File your complaints directly with the FCC at http://www.fcc.gov/complaints.
- Harvey WallbangerAlmost harassment. Mail a f*^king letter. Leave a brief message. Maybe I will get back to them then.
- Carolyn ShellenbergerThese calls need to stop!!!
- Caller: Not Sure Who It Is
- bluepencilIf it was identified as being from Verizon, I might have answered it, as we are VZ customers. My caller ID said "Private Caller" so I let it ring while checking the number online.

- Marys friendCall from this number at 10:52 AM on Friday Sept 6 2013. I never answer if I don't recognize the name or number. Some folks above said it is Verizon wireless, or someone calling on their behalf. I am a Verizon customer and my wireless contract expired in July. Ha ha I am the one in the driver's seat and I will contact them (probably in person at the Verizon store) when I am ready to renew. I dislike talking to them on the phone, because they hold all the cards re: phones and plans etc. and I do not - so it's easy to bamboozle me with lots of information so that I end up signing up for something I don't really want.
- Caller: Unavailable
- SandyI have rec'd 4 calls from this number in the past week. I don't answer, they don't leave a message. I called them back today and claimed they are contracted by Verizon Wireless. He started going into a sales pitch and I stopped him before he could get to the end of it. I told him not to call anymore and I called Verizon to confirm the company, Infocision, was legitimate. According to the rep I spoke with, they are used by Verizon to contact existing customers to see if they want to upgrade their phone/service. What? I pay Verizon and Verizon pays an outside company to do their work? What's wrong with this picture. I am so tempted to leave Verizon, their high calling plans and all the bull that goes along with them. I was told that a notation was put on my account to stop all solicitation calls, mailings and texts. We shall see!
- Caller: Infocision on behalf of Verizon Wireless
- CandaceThey've been calling me for days but never leave a voicemail. So I Google searched the number to see if it's from someone legitimate and i should return te call. Now that I see these responses I definitely will not

- scottThese are calls from Verizon asking you to renew your contract .They will start off by saying your contract is about to expire so they will go ahead and take care of renewing it for you. When you say no they quickly hang up.Just more parasites trying to get your money.Companies like Verizon are desperate as they continue to loose customers to groups like Straight talk.

If there are 15 pages of complaints about this nuisancre and their identity and location is known, it may make sense to drop in for a visit. We can politely discuss the situation with these morons.
