- TheRealSeriously® replies to K TNo one here is!!!
- Jersey jerryCaller ID Showed Verizon but I got this call on a non Verizon phone/line and Verizon does not have any record of it, so I doubt they are legit. I gave them dead air on mute and they did not speak.

- lmrozelaRec'd call from this # today. I let it roll to VM because I do not answer calls from numbers I don't recognize or already have in my phone. My standard policy for many years now. Saves me A LOT of headaches. I'm a longtime customer w/Verizon Wireless. If I need anything, I will call YOU. BTW, no VM was left for me. No VM, no return call.
And Jessica, try decaf instead of high test, huh? There are A LOT of people who don't put up w/pushy, obnoxious telemarketers, most of whom don't care to know what "NO" means, regardless of company, who call to try and take more money from the consumer than they deserve. Prices go up at Verizon every time we turn around for the same old service with few improvements. $20+ in the last year and a half for me alone. You get enough of my money. That doesn't give you ANY right whatsoever to take up my time too. - michael addesso marble and granite worldthis phone call interrupt my driving stop calling my cell phone

- MichaelSep. 1, 2016, 9:20 AM - I answered, but it was a hang up/dead air call to my wireless number that is on the national DNC list. Caller ID said 866-259-3883.
- Caller: ???
- Bill F replies to maria112He can tell you he''s calling from anywhere. How will you know. I wouldnt trust anyoone that hasn't caller info. Even then I may not.
- Sir BedevereCaller ID said "unavailable". It turned out to be a sales call from Verizon Wireless. Really, Verizon? A freakin' TELECOMMUNICATIONS COMPANY can't arrange to have a valid CNAM in the Caller ID for their own sales calls??? Given Verizon's general level of competence I suppose I shouldn't be surprised.
- Bill F replies to mikeI received a call from this number today. The caller stated that they were from Verizon and wanted to discuss my plan etc. I told the caller that I don''t discuss such matters over a phone. I think that I'll probablly get more calls but this is the way I'll be handling anyone calling claiming tto be from a company.
- B. Careful replies to maria112lol, dont even give your last 4 of your social to someone that calls you. These days its easy to steal your identity with just those 4 digits. Quite frankly with your name plus the last of 4 of your social I can figure out the rest of the digits to get your full social with little work. xxx-xx-xxxx = area - group - random. area = so where are you from originally? With the info you already gave me I can find out. group = can be looked up, or heck guess theres only 99 options, random = thanks for that last 4 you saved me the hard part. :)
- L Moore replies to i work there| 1 reply"You're" not your..If you are representing Verizon..this is just a "heads up." Bothers me more than the 5 calls a day I get from them..Bad way to conduct business, it simply makes the customer mad...Duh..Between this and the Hillary/Trump calls they are a close #1 in aggravation!!!!
- Ralph replies to L Moore1. I doubt they work there or even have a job as trolls and shills generally stop by here to post.
2. I hope you don't expect that person to see your reply since they posted here in 2009, 7 years ago. - AlexMessage left, Verizon Wireless "loyalty call" for my husband wanting to go over "great offers" with him. >:-(

- PLC in PACalled 2:19pm; Caller ID: "UNAVAILABLE".
Didn't pick up; went to VM: dead air, then hangup-- no message.
If this really IS a sales call from Verizon, as numerous previous posts report, shame on Verizon! Making nuisance "cold calls" and hiding behind Caller ID is as wrong and abusive as all of the other predatory scammers. End of sermon!- Caller: ? Caller ID: "UNAVAILABLE" nuisance robocall
- SharooPirate impersonating Verizon, wanting all manner of personal data, including last 4 of SSN. We don't give anyone any such data over the phone, including banks and credit unions we call, as you never know where their call centers really are (I think most of them are in hell) and you can't trust call center employees (rampant identity theft, including taking out credit cards, opening Pay Pal and eBay accounts, etc.). As my iPhone has been paid off, via e-mails and the monthly bill Verizon is trying to get me to upgrade to an iPhone7. Nope, the iPhone6's work just fine. Number blocked.

- JudyFunny that Verizon would call on a landline owned by Fairpoint. Nope, not falling for it. I have a cell from Verizon why the hell would they call on a line that isn't theirs. SCam I would say.
- Caller: Verizon Wireless
- Call type: Prank
- JoeyOk...I don't even have Verizon! Why are they calling me? ha! It's a blocked number anyway. LOL
- Caller: Verizon
- JillWExtremely annoying pirate alleging they are representing Verizon, with respect to selling an iPhone7, as my iPhone6 has been paid off, and wanting all manner of personal data. They also want to sell more features. Shame on Verizon for employing such animals and giving away our private cell phone numbers to these supposed telemarketers. The call center is likely in the sewers. Blocked.
