Called Apple, and they have confirmed that THIS IS A SCAM NUMBER.  DO NOT PUT IN YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO

This number keeps calling repeatedly but never identifies themselves or leaves a message. I don't know the number so I don't answer the call or call them back ever. This is to protect myself and one others might ought to start using for their own privacy and protection from scammers and hackers.

got text about apple id..which i don't own then got call from that number and i didn't answer it

This number is a scam don’t answer !!!

This number showed up on my phone bill as trying to call me and it is a Sexline.

Some guy contacted me through a videogame I play called Lords Mobile and offered to sell me some items in the game against a PayPal transfer of $40. As I am totally clueless and naive I believed him and asked my husband to help me transfer the money. This number was linked to his profile on Line, the messaging app. Once my hubby made the transfer he disappeared altogether. Be careful, this is a SCAMMER. This number is used to SCAM people and the scammers are very well organized. I am an idiot. Don't be like me.

Got a call from this number at 3:17AM, left a half a second voicemail that I think said "5" ...

It is a legitimate Apple support number as my son had submitted a request for a password change because I had changed it and forgot to tell him.

Got a call saying that we’re from apple and that my phone was hacked told me to go online

I received numerous voice mails from this number and it was a prerecorded message saying part of a number then it would cut off

SCAM, received at least 8 authorization code text messages and then missed a call from 866-275-3866, haven't purchased apple products in years.  very convincing phishing attempt

Why would they call me since this is a new number I just got and haven't used Apple in years. Personally I think it's a scammer trying to get info. Plus Apple wouldn't call you and not leave a message.

Of course it;s a scammer. Apple doesn't monitor customer products so wouldn't know if there were a problem.
