Please stop calling me!!!

Called us 3 times in the last 24 hours trying to sell us identity protection

They call multiple times a day and don't leave a message.  This has been going on for weeks.  I don't answer due to the Not Provided on the caller id screen.  I've blocked the number from calling again.

I called Discover Card and was told
My no. is coming off list
I called Discover 1-800-347-2683

These people call and call and call.......Sunday mornings, all day long while I am at work(I check my Caller ID).  Seriously, they call me at least 4 to 5 times EVERY day!  I actually just received a call from them (9PM), which is why Im on this site right now.  In reading some of the reports on this page, I have learned that they are an arm of Discover.  A card which I do have, but after paying it off this month will notany longer.  They should really think twice about this plan of theirs, cause soon they are not going to have any customers left!  They have never left a message and now what I do is answer the phone and not talk.  They eventually hang up.  I just called this number back and noone answered for me.  HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

this call comes several times a day. no message is left.  if it is someone who legitimately needs to talk to me, i need to know what it's about.

They call all the time. I just pick up and hang up on them.

Please stop the nuisance calls to me from 866-290-4961. They are calling several times a day , they state it is Discover calling. IF I WANT ANY CERTAIN PRODUCT FROM A COMPANY I WILL REQUEST IT ON MY OWN. I never buy anything what so ever from any kind of telemarketing. The number below is the one that calls and if you click on the link where I googled the number you will see they are a nuisance.

For at least 6 months now we have been getting calls from 1-866-290-4961. They occur at all hours of the day. Today was the final straw when they called after 8:00pm. I think that's just a little bit rude. I called 1-800-DISCOVER like the other people on here suggested. I spoke with "Amy." She took our name, address and phone number (I really hope I didn't make a mistake in doing that)and said she would put us on the "Do Not Solicit" list. She said it will take up to 72 hours to process. She was very nice. She explained that if we do not have a Discover card, they are simply trying to get our business. I asked for her extension number, she told me it was 17690. So I hope this information will be of help to anyone else who may be getting calls from this number. Good luck!!!

You can call the Discover Card Privacy Line at 1-800-225-5202 and opt out of all third party and Discover Card offers.

I got exactly the same as you did. I've have asked them continually that I DO NOT want their service and to add my number to the 'do not call' list. I also threatened with a lawsuit if they persist. These people have got to be stoppped!!

Called every night around 5-7 asked to speak with my fiance, when i finally answered the man was very rude asking to speak to my fiance, when i asked him what it was regarding he asked for him again and asked 'or is he not available' - i said again - WHAT IS THIS REGARDING.  he then said RUDELY, "we'll call back later"
jerks. i cant wait for them to call again >:D

I receive these calls daily. The worst detail is that I am not a Discover card holder. One of my daughters is but she is off at school. I am receiving HER solicitations from Discover! AUGH!

Calls 5-6 times a day.  Sometimes within several minutes of each other.  I answered once but no one was there.  Please make them stop.  This is not telemarketing, THIS is teleharrassment.  HELP!
