I was told yesterday that the calls would stop immediately.
The person on the line apologized and said he'd "update my account".

i work for this agency (DialAmerica) and i call on behalf of sirius. my branch does not call to set up new accounts we call to renew accounts and update billing info to help you avoid interuption of your sirius services. if your not interested we cancel your account or you can ask politely to be put on a DNC list but you have to allow us to read the DNC policy to you before we can actually place you on it. trust me i work for them in fairlawn ohio. everything else that these assholoes are telling is bull [***].

They leave No message and when phone answered I do not hear anything. Happens twice a day sometimes.

I bought a 2010 Ford Focus in October 2009. Apparently when I bought the car I received a free sirius satellite radio package for 6 months. They have now been sending my letters about renewing and now I'm gett calls from them. I don't like that my car dealership gave them my information to contact me.

Just stating "stop calling me" does not work, you Must state"Put me on the DO NOT CALL LIST" it is a loop hole in the law. Stated that way they have to remove you from the call list and they have 30 days to do so, they should let you know that at the time

I just called the 800 number on their website and told them to remove me from their call lists. Turns out all they have to do is erase the phone number on file and you won't get anymore calls. When I threatended law suit, she immediately kicked it up to supervisory level. So hopefully that will fix the problem. I HATE TELEMARKETERS!!!!!!!

It is Sirrus radio, if you own a Ford and/or a Mercury and the free 6 month subscription is about to expire, they call you to see if you like to renew.

I have received no less than 14 calls from this number over the last 5 days and am sick of it... I have a sick family member and am waiting for a phone call - everytime this number calls we go on edge..... thanks !!!!

i havnt picked up when they call yet, but i had sirus radio free with my dodge for year so it sounds like it is probly them.

I called the number back and it is Serius-XM satellite radio service it says. Whether or not it is a scam I do not know. They seemed to have known that my service on my car had expired and when.

Number now appears to belong to American Express.

I recently signed up for an account with American Express Personal Savings (http://personalsavings.americanexpress.com/). After I completed the online form, they sent me an email a few days later notifying me of account approval. The email requested that I complete the sign-up process by calling this number. I did, and they walked me through setup including enabling my online banking. So in my experience everything was above-board and legit with this number. Perhaps it has been re-assigned.

Representative from Sirius at the number offered to extend my free trial offer from 6 months to one year. I accepted. Except they wouldn't. Since they record everything they couldn't deny the offer. However, when I asked if the caller had lied, they said yes. Unfortunately Sirius now has a monopoly.
