i get the same damn [***] from this number and pretty tired of it. they call several times a day and night also.......

I was harassed by Sirius pretty much daily from about 30 days before my service expired (I had replaced the credit card they had on file) until about two months after. I told them to stop calling me and said that I would renew when I was ready, and didn't hear from them for a couple of weeks, but I just got another call from them, which I didn't answer. I believe it's against the law for them to continue calling me after being asked not to. I had also emailed them a couple of months ago asking that they stop calling me. Every time they call, it's less and less likely that I'll re-subscribe.

I cancelled my sirius account and the calls started flooding in.  I also attempted their do not call process but was told my number was not in their system.  A person which answered the phone said that he could assist but required that I give him several pieces of personal information, which I did not do.  Eventually he said Ok I added you to the list, effective immediately.  Well, 1.5 day later, 3 more calls from Sirius and counting.  

Please file complaints with the FCC.  It is quick and easy.

Late at nite or mid-morning.

I responded to the first call and asked them to not call me again.  I have had at least 12 calls since.

I called them.  They have another number that you can call to prevent them from calling you in the future.  Call back on 866-301-7344 and follow the prompts on the automated system.  It worked for me and I haven't heard frm them.

12/10/09: Called 866-301-7344 which had a recorded message to call 888-440-6342. Followed the prompt to enter my 10 digit number to opt out of the calling list. We'll see if that works.

Really annoying tactic by Sirius. I will recommend to all not to use their product.

i called that number yesterday, and got a call last nite and this morning.....i just recalled the number and re-took my number off....we'll see.....i hope that's it....but i have a feeling it isn't.....i wouldn't sign up for serius now for all the tea in china....i hope their whole system goes down the crapper............

I traced this #, turns out to be sirius satelite radio.why can they not get it,, they cut my service early,therefore I`m NOT renewing

Constant calls from 866-301-7344 days, evenings, nights and holidays and Sundays.  I do not know this number and have no interest in Sirius.  Do not have their service, do not want their service, if I did I would contact them.  Very annoying.

They have been calling me for the past 2 days! I have nothing whatsoever to do with Sirius.

I have received numerous calls from these spammers after I cancelled my Sirius subscription. Even after calling the opt out number I was still getting multiple calls per day. Today I called them and requested a supervisor. I informed her that from this point forward I will log all calls from them. I will bill them for each call placed to me AND I will contact my state attorney general. The "lovely lady voice" stated that she understood my direction and I was being call recorded so it's all on record. NOW let's see if they stop calling me.

I cancelled my 6 month trial offer and did not renew. They keep calling at least 4 times a day at all hours. I am on the do not call list.

Get call block put on your phone. It is $3.99 a month and I block everyone who calls that I do not care to talk to. SO WORTH IT!!
