Please register complaints about these calls at http://www.donotcall.gov.  I have repeatedly asked them to stop calling and I have called their "Opt-out" number several times to no avail.  The do not call registry does not take any specific action but perhaps they will if enough complaints come through.

These people have called me three times in the last two days, and I have ignored them all three times. They have never left a message. I recently unsubscribed from Sirius (because next year when I'm making my own money, I don't know if I'll be able to afford it yet), which is probably why they are trying to call me.

I called the number to opt out.  They said we would not receive any more messages at our number. But they are still calling. At this point I would not buy their services if they were free. They called last night late and woke me up. Where can you report these unwanted calls?

We receive numerous calls from 866-301-7344. We have called the opt out number(888-440-6342) many times. They still harass us by calling us numerous times sometimes late in the evening. I would not buy their radio service if they paid me to take it.

We have called the opt out number numerous times. They continue to call everyday or more sometimes in the evening when we are sleeping. It appears to me that their phone calls have turned into harassment by communications to us. We have caller ID so the number is recorded. My question is: Is there a goverment agency we can report them to? Thank you for any advice. I would not use their service if it was free. Today I picked up the phone and there was a arecording saying leave a message. So I said;  don't call back, that is my message. It does not appear that they have any intention of stopping their unwanted calls.

First off... for all of the people talking about the "Do Not Call" list. Companies do not have to comply with the do not call list if you are a current or past customer. It is considered a customer service call and not a harassing service call (even though we all know it is). Plus, I'm sure there is something in the terms of service agreement with Sirius that says they can call you whenever they want.

I got Sirius free for a year with my vehicle. I didn't listen to it that much because of the commercials on some of their stations and the fact that they plug "Sirius" (You are listening to the 80's hits, only available on Sirius satellite radio.) between every song. Plus, whenever I would drive under power lines or a bridge, the radio would go out for about 10 seconds.  So, I didn't renew my subscription.

Sirius called me and I expressed my option and said I didn't want to renew my service. Two weeks later, they called me back again, I told the second guy the same thing as the first guy. I actually had to hang up on the second guy because he kept on trying to tell me all of the Sirius benefits. Two weeks later, they called back again and told the third guy Sirius was only worth about $5 a month to me and unless he could offer me their $15 service for $5, I didn't want it. Well, he gave me 6 months of service for $30.

Six months later, I didn't renew my subscription again because I just don't listen to it. Here come the calls again. Currently, they call 2 to 3 times per day, don't leave a message, just hang up when my answering machine answers.  I wonder how long they will keep calling.

So, the moral of the story, if you get free Sirius radio with your new vehicle, don't give them your phone number. If you like the service, continue to pay for it. I personally like my ipod.. it doesn't cut out, no commercials or "Sirius plugs", I get to pick my own music and better yet, its FREE.

I called the number and it IS Sirius calling me for some unknown reason.  The lady I talked to said she would put me into the do not call list.  She had no idea why they were calling but thought they were either just doing telemarketing or it was because I had suspended my old account.  I did that because I bought a new car and wanted to cancel the Sirius account on the old car as the new car came with six months of service.  The Sirius rep said I will suspend your old account until your current account runs out and then you can transfer the old account to your new one.  Unfortunately Sirius folks are so stupid I keep getting letters now from Sirius begging me to come back.  The lady I talked to at Sirius said she would take care of canceling the come-back letters also.  Hard to come back when in reality you never left.
