Zimmerman and Young John Preston.  I advised them I cannot take personal calls at work and he would not accept that.  He said if I did not make restitution today. I would be served paperes for felony theft, arrested and my employer would be forced to fire me.  I checked the number and it comes up an Indian Hashad number.  I looked for Zimmerman and Young Atty, in NYC and found nothing.  I aksed them to mail me information via UPS and he said he can't it is a one time offer and has the be done today.

I got a call and voicemail from that number today. Giving me a message to call them back and a reference number. Did you figure anything else out about what they want? I don't want to call them back.

I algo recieved the same phone call at woek from the same number intead he said hes name was John and that he was calling me from attorney network he said i had 48 hours to returned his call otherwise i was going to be serve at my job or at my home address.  and then he said and if you dont returned my call, all i could do is wish you good luck.  these people just dont know when to stop.

I received a voicemail at home yesterday  and today with the same recorded message telling me to reference a file number they provided, regarding a payment my bank denied.. Today I tried to find Young, Zimmerman and Associates online and there was nothing listed. Then I decided to enter the phone number in a Google search and there were all you womderful people who had taken the time to post on this site. I assumed this was a scam but I'm wondering how many times they will call back. Thank you all for posting.

do are these guys for real. Something about an attorney network and 48 hours and good luck. Is this another one of those scams

Ummm....came on this website as a disgruntled employee....but ya know I just wasn't doing my job.  Besides  myself, John Preston was terminated last week.  Believe me this company does not play around....they do not accept this type of unprofessionalism.  I'm sure if anyone were to have issues the office manager would be more than happy to talk to you.  Eventhough I lost my job, my fault, this is a very good company to work for and they are not "scaming" anyone.

I got several calls from this number (716) 335-9051 - telling me to call 866-410-8063. They won't say what it's about and threaten me with serious problems. whatever that may be. Last week they told me they would be at my home in 24 hours with the local Sheriffs Dept.to serve me ( what I don't know) so I called the sheriffs dept. and they told me to ignore it - that it was Bull****.

I got the same call yesterday, telling me the same thing.  I have filed a complaint with the FTC with what little bit of information I could find on line which is hardly any.  I think they are a scam.  I have no returned items from my bank.  If it is true we have rights in taking care of collection debts and threats are against them.  I will not be calling them back and wait to see if they call again.  I have a feeling they are scamming people and they are probably getting money out of people by scaring them.

Well got another call this morning, let it go to VM, now I have the recording from them.  Not sure what to do now.  Trying to figure out how to stop them from calling. Can not find an address or fax anywhere on line for them.

so if John was fired last week then why did he call my office today, can anyone say cover up???

repeated phone calls at my work place-not even sure what they need.

It was a recorded message claiming to have unresolved issues to deal with from my bank, and to call them back at 1-866-410-8063. My bank doesn't say I have any issues at all. The caller did not know my name or address, or have any specific information about my account. If they were a legitimate debt collection agency collecting for your bank, your bank would have given them that information. The call seems to come from Zimmerman Young and Associates, but they do not have an official website.

I GOT A CALL YESTERDAY FROM Zimmerman and Young Atty, in NYC  SAID THAT NY WAS THE LARGEST COLLECTION COMPANY AGENCY'S IN THE WORLD LOL, CALLED FROM 8664108063 SPOKE TO JIM GREEN EXT 107 SAID I HAD A RET CHECK FROM MY BANK BACK IN 2009 THE LOAN I HAD THAT WAS RET AND I KNEW I OWED I PAID WITH ANOTHER COMPANY SO THIS LOAN IS THE SAME AMOUNT AND SAID IT WAS FROM ROLO PAYDAY LOANS UNABLE TO LOCATE THEM AND MR GREEN SAID INTEGRITY MANAGMENT GROUP BOUGHT THERE LOANS WHEN I PULL UP INFO IT SAYS SCAM SO I LET MR GREEN KNOW I DONT OWE ANYONE AND I ACTUALLY WORK FOR A LOAN COMPANY LAGIT ONE THAT IS LOL I AM A LOAN OFFICER SO I  KNOW ABOUT ALL THE SE SCAMS THAT ARE GOING ON HE SEEMED SURPRISED LOL.. THE ONLY THING IS WHEN I PAID OFF THE OTHER LOAN THE CALL CAME FROM ANOTHER NUMBER 8889591022 CREDIT SOLUTIONS BASED OUT OF NY I DID OWE THE LOAN COMPANY $250 I ADMIT . I CLOSED OUT MY ACCNT DUE TO ME LOOSING MY BANKING INFO HAD NO IDEA THE BANK RET THE FUNDS BUT IT COULD BE DUE TO THE BANK MERGING WITH ANOTHER NOT SURE HOWEVER I DID RECIEVE A CALL FROM A GUY BEFORE HAND THAT SAID HE NEEDED TO SERVE ME PAPERS HE CALLED FROM A PAY PHONE DWN THE ROAD FROM ME I LOOKED THE NUMEBR UP SO I AM NOT SURE ABOUT THAT ONE BEING A SCAM OR NOT BECAUSE I OWED THE FUNDS BUT THEY WERE SAYING I OWED $3000. BUT WOULD SETTLE FOR $200.00 WITH A $9.95 CARD HANDLING FEE I HAD MR GREEN CALL THEM BECAUSE I THOUGHT IT WAS THE SAME THING BUT ITS NOT SO NOT SURE WHATS GOING ON . KEEP RESEARCHING AND FILLING COMPLAINTS BE CAREFULL

Got another call from them just now.  Not going to deal with them till they provide me with legal proof I owe them.  Still trying to track them down and find out who the really are. Did answer but got the same recorded mess.  you would think they would have mailed me something explaining what I owe and how much and how to pay the off. LOL thats if they were legal.

I've received calls from these junk debt scammers hiding behind ficticious law firms. Some idiot from the above number, 866-410-8063 calls and tries to act tough saying I'm going to be served a summons......"I have your IT address(an e-mail address that has'nt been active in over five years)" Then he hangs up on me while I'm sitting there cracking up........the "company" I supposedly owe money too is called Husk Hawk Group......who are they trying to kidd? They are rude and unprofessional, no legitimate law firm is going to act like this, and certainly is not going to give case numbers over the phone to other parties. Do
not play their game, report them!!!!

I got the same message tonight. Also with the same phone numbers. What these people do not know is I do not write checks and have not had a payday loan or a job for 6 years. I am a full time Grad school student. In addition, I filed bk last year that wiped everything out. My attorney told me to ignore them

Scammers, scammers, scammers.  Of course you "used to work for them"  you big, fat loser!!  If only you would take all of your ambition and put it into a legit business and make some money the right way!  I have been waiting for the sheriff to come pick up my husband for about six months now.  We have gotten this form of call from at least 4 different loser "debt collection law firms" (i can't say that without laughing).   Same story, same lines, never sends anything legit in the mail, fails to call my attorney.   One even gave me the name Mr. Alex Bell, lol (is your middle name Graham?).  So creative in your scamming.  And, by the way, we have never taken a payday load.... EVER!
