This same company Zimmerman & young called me about $100.00 loan saying I owed $1400 ish dollars and they were trying to work something out before they served me. They said I can go to jail and pay $55.00 a day. They told me to look it up on line and I found only this page. Funny cause its all these others saying ignore then. Our states attorney days you don't go to jail for taking a loan and loosing your job where you can't pay. This is America. She didn't want to work anything out and she was unprofessional the second she heard I was unemployed and my husband is already being garnished. She got so frustrated at that poi t cause in our State only 1 garnishment at a te and we have a line of people waiting.

Also, if I may, as of September seventh I've become the office manager. I will admit the former administrator was failing to mail out and email settlement letters to people. Since I've been in charge everyone has gotten there  letter. Also, I've replied to every complaint and also any BBB complaints that have been sent to me. I will also say that indeed we are in development of a webpage. Because there is no template set up, it's been taking quite some time to be completed. For that, I do apologize. I believe you asked how do I make up my letters because you want to know so you can do it to. My answer to you is what's called go get a business and rent an office and employee people. The next thing you will need to do is get in touch with what's called a debt broker. Now, you will need approximately a quarter 1,000,000 dollars To get started correctly. I am not sure what kind of attorney you are, if you are one at all; however, a check wriiten for a payday loan in Georgia is atypically post dated, and as such it cannot be prosecuted as a criminal action. Moreoever,in Georgia if you accept a partial payment for the check then that is an extention of credit, and as such it becomes a civil action and not a criminal act. Nonetheless, if you sir, or WHATEVER YOU ARE,were an attorney then you should know that a payday loan is an extension of credit which is not routinely considered present consideration. GO BACK TO LAW SCHOOL AND TRY TO PASS THIS TIME! YOU ARE NOT AN ATTORNEY!

All my debts have been paid. These are debts that are either falsely resold, or some scum sucker found a past debt and didn't find when or who it was paid to. Collection agencies sell and resell debts, half of them are already paid back. this company is breaking the law by calling your work after being told not to, then threatening to sue you, if they don't have any intention to. And they have no real proof, so they can't sue. They will keep calling for years, because as soon as you report them, they sell the account to another scum sucker.

It appears there are several different Jim Greenes by the writing style. Do you realize according to the FTC, it is not legal to harass people at work if they tell you not to? Someone on this further along site posted an craigslist want add for the company, which had a location. Also the Manager of the company was posting as well on his behalf, he mentioned being a member of BBB. so I typed in their name and it came up with the address. BBB gave them an F and stated "This Business is not BBB accredited"

I checked with my bank and I am not surprised that I have NO returned items on my record dating back 5 years. I have been with my bank for nearly 20 years and have a good relationship with many employees there. If I had anything of the such they would have mentioned it so it could get resolved. John,Jennifer,Jim or any other J name you have in your office, I am now putting this in writing as well as verbal and recording, DO NOT CALL OR CONTACT ME IN ANY WAY AGAIN!!! Jennifer, This is Jim Greene. I called you this morning and left you a message. There is a dad that is in your name and Social Security number that is owed. I realize identity theft happens. It is prevalent in this country. The return item we are talking about on the record message Is the electronic draft that was supposed to be taken from your account to pay back the Jim Greene (Manager)loan you talk from the pay day loan company. I am home now and don't have specific information nor if I did good I put them on this blog. Jennifer Wagner, John Preston and myself, Jim Greene, are 1 of the few people that do work here. Your account was sold by the original financial lender. If this is identity theft, Jennifer, please call me tomorrow. these people keep callingnmy mother in law and asking for me. She told she would let me know and when i called them back and put in the extension 111 it rang and went ro a voice mail telling me to let my name account number and phone number and a Christina Thomas would call me back.

I keep getting calls from Zimmerman, Young & Associates, but I don't see their business anywhere and when I look up their phone number I get all of these sites about scam callers from that number.  They are saying that I have case pending against me, and as far as I know my nose is clean unless someone is using my identity as fraudulent.  Anyways, I wish there was a way for them to stop calling.  I just got a voicemail saying they have left many messages but that's just the second message that I got.

This place is a total scam. They claimed that I had outstanding payment and that a lawsuit was filed with the county to collect for it. They tried to pressure me into paying over the phone. I told them they needed to provide me with proof of debt in writing, and they were rude and threatened me and kept demanding payment. Don't answer calls from this number!

I just filed a report with the FTC.  This company has been calling me saying the same BS for about a year.  I have asked for them to send me written information to my P.O. Box .  They stop callling for a little while but start again.  I have told them flat out that they are frauds!
