So here are the answers to frequently asked questions:

1. Our address is Zimmerman Young & Assoc., 2211 Sheridan Dr., Suite A, Buffalo NY 14223. But guess what - we are right on the border of Buffalo and Towanda, so any letters you send will always get returned! We rigged it so that there is totally confusion for the zip codes, ensuring no pesky written letters from you people ever get delivered to us!

2. Yes, we do routinely violate the Fair Debt Collection Practice Act. Yes that is illegal. Good luck prosecuting us though - our business can quickly disappear, and the next week we will start a new business with a new name - voile! We aren't afraid of the FTC, but we still get a little nervous when you threaten to tell on us!

3. No, you don't actually owe the money we are asking for. We would like you to pay us anyway!

4. No, there are not really any civil or criminal cases pending against any of you. Surprise!

5. No, there will be nothing garnished from your wages. No sheriff will serve you with a summons, and nothing has been filed in the court system in your county. Did we scare you? Fabulous!

Since we are having a company meeting right now, we have decided that all of us are going to share some information about ourselves, and our employer Zimmerman, Young, and Associates in New York.  We are very interested with building trust with those we call and harass. At the meeting we just got dun, me and the staff here at Zimmerman, Young, and Associates decided to post some nice things, because this site has a lot of mean things about us. Swear words and stuff. Mr. Jim Greene, our office manager has posted some things in the last year, but that idiot needs to stay off the damn cap locks key! he looks crazy when he write stuff like that, and one big paragraph. I been working with him on that!  Jesus Christ - we're f-ing professionals!

OK so, yeah we want your money. And yeah, you don't really owe it to anyone, but I been thinking that the best thing is for you to just pay us anyway, OK? Big Eddie said that maybe you don't want to be in the Jimmy Hoffa club. You know what I mean? I'm not threatening anything. Just sayin.

So, you wanna know something about me? I been with this racket for 15 years. It was the best gig around after those [***] clowns finally let me out of prison. Hey everyone,

I am also going to post something about my great corporation, Zimmerman, Young, and Associates. I am the CEO and I have a really, really big office. There is a huge desk in there, where I can sit and listen to all the calls my associates are making.

You know, I train everyone myself - quality is important to me. It takes a special touch to yell, threaten a bunch of [***], pretend to put people on hold, "drop" calls, talk in different voices and use fake accents, and extort money. I searched those gutters myself to find the people who come to work here everyday, 14 hours a day with no lunch breaks.

Guess why I can't even afford to offer them breaks, much less health insurance? Because too many of you smart [***] out there don't give us the god damn money when we call! I mean, do you think we would call if we didn't need that money?  We got people to pay, like bookies. We got little kids at home that need new cars!  We got dealers that get impatient waiting for cash! I mean how hard is it to just give us your full social security number, date of birth, and some banking information? You could just give us your credit card info instead? Jesus!

Sorry I missed the big meeting, but I paid a visit to one of our clients in Canada. I'm back now, even though it took a little extra time to fit the new guy in my basement - oops did I just write that? I meant to just think that one. Nothing for you to worry about, OK? Do you still love me as much as I love you?

Well anyway, I just wanted to say that if you truly love me, you will just give me your credit card number and banking information when I call, OK? And all your other identifying information. It's for the best, I wouldn't ask if I didn't love you. We can be together forever if you do! I found you on Facebook - why do you have so many friends who are girls? All you have to do is call them back, press 0, and say that the person they are looking for is not at this number. Tell them they have the wrong number, and that you have never heard of that person.

The person you talk to when you call them back will very politely apologize and take your phone numbers out of the system.   Ha ha!

I got a call a number of times from the 866 -410-8063  i hope this will help stop the harrassment i don't who these people are but they want money and calling every one saying they are facing charges for fraud

If they are posting that sh*t above, wow, let me forward that to the NY atty general, the FBI in NY, and the us atty office then let's see how fast they'd like to get cocky when they're indicted on multiple counts of federal charges, get convicted and become someone's sex toy while locked up. I'm sure the federal prisoners would love some new fresh meat.

I received a call this morning from this number as well, first they called my cell then called my work. the guy name was brandon calahan with rcan an attorney ligation firm. I started asking him for his address, website, full name, place of employment, etc........he got so frustrated with me he asked me why was all that relevant, I said "well I need to verify that you are who you say you are before we discuss anything so I need this information to verify your identity" he gave me Brandon Calahan @ 1-866-410-8063x104 website: RCAN.com which I could not find on the internet and his NY hours are 8-4est............I told him I would verify him first then call him back if he is legit and discuss whatever he wants to discuss..................

I paid my payday loans off thru Payless Financial and these people are still hounding me.  Payless Financial say ignore calls they are scam.  Wish they would leave me alone.
