Rachaele Ramer- This Joseph Krugar contacted me saying the exact same thing. But he works for the Nc County Courts and gave me a bogos address! I'm calling the police. He used some type of app to make the number appear to tie into the Court house! Desperate [***]!! Hahaha!

I received a call from a clerk of court stating that Richard Bender from Zimmer Young was in the process of filing a complaint against in civil and criminal court for an unpaid Pay Day loan for $600.00 with The Cashline and If I didn't call the attorney, they will serve me with a summons to appear in court. I called the attorney and asked does he have any documents proving he got anxious and stated that I am going to court. I did find my old bank statement which did show that I did take a loan with The Cashline but it was only for $150.00 and it also had shown that I had paid it off. He  told me where did you get those figure from. I told him from my bank statement and I would be glad to fax it to him. He declined my offer. He also kept on changing the amount that I owed.

Hey Zimmerman and Young, we now know where you are and have enough information to come after you with more firepower (legal and physical) than you have ever seen before.  You think what is happening in the Ukraine is bad, wait till you see what we do to you.

I wana know if this person is real he called my husband saying hes from Zimmerman and young and his name is john Preston. .

The Phone number I have is 888 995 0693. Subject that called was named John Preston left. Subject was insisting that I clear a debt owed in the amount of $1,400 dollars. Sujbect stated that he could reduce the amount today if I gave him a credit card or bank account number. Subject could not provide me with any legal doucments show that I owed any money. Some how the subject made contact with my job. Subject could not provide address for me to contact the company he worked for.

I got a call yesterday. Someone left me a message from 'clerk of court' advising me to contact Zimmerman and Young. I was worried so I called the Supreme justice court in my area, they looked up my name and verified I had no charges against me. I was also told that I would receive a certified letter, a clerk of the court would never call to refer me to an attorneys office.
I called Zimmerman and Young. A guy claimed he was a paralegal but had no info to provide about this so called debt from a payday loan. He did tell me my address and social, which I did not confirm.
I asked him to send me something in writing, and he just told me to wait for a summons to court.. Whatever.

I am getting call from a guy named Jim Scott fro the offices of Herman Young saying they need to get a statement from me and to call back at 18889950693 at ext 104

2 years later, still no Webpage. Just annoying scammers harassing my family and I. Oh and when I look you fools up all I get is this! SCAM!

I received calls from company called Pierce & Assoc about a payday loan I supposedly took out 2/28/2011. Went and had bank pull bank statement for time being questioned. Threatening to serve me with court papers. Said it could cost up to $3500 to go to court. Surprisingly no deposit showing for payday loan for time period in question. SCAM!!!
