I keep getting call after call from 866.410.8063 with ext 105 and extension 107.  The extension 105 number is from John Longo and the extension number 107 is from Stacey Parker.  They claim they are attorneys and that I must pay today or they are threatening to file a summary judgment.  They gave me a number that referenced a file number and said my bank refused a payment.  So are these people  scam artists or what because I have no idea what is going on.

These a**holes keep calling my 80+ year old parents who have heart conditions threatening to come and arrest me if I don't call them back. This ridiculous [***] has been going on periodically for the last 4 years. They disguise themselves using different names everytime they start up again, but same old song and dance. When they started 4 yrs ago I did have an online payday loan, but it was up to date. I called the loan company and was told that several of their customers were being harrassed by these a$$clowns and not to worry because I was a preffered customer in good standing. It has since been paid in full and I have the papers to prove it. I don't throw [***] like that away (EVER). So bring it on buddy. You don't even have my phone number so you harrass my parents. Where the hell are you gonna send the Sheriff to come get me. You don't have any info on me. I called my local Sherriff's Department because he told my mom they were local and right here in town, they said there is noone by that name in the area and what they are threatening is illegal anyway. I have reported them to the FTC, local office of the FBI. Sherriff''s dept and local police, my State's Attorney General and the New York State's Attorney General. When you told me that you were gonna come over and f**k my elderly mom in her a**hole. I thought I'd just return the favor to the real a**hole (YOU). I'm sure a pretty little boy like you will make some racist drug dealing biker a fine prison wife. See ya in the funny papers you silly little [***]. P.S. I wouldn't swallow when you go down on your new hubby, you might get the stomach herpes. I here that stuff is deadly to to meth addicts.

If you are getting calls from 866-410-8063 Zimmerman Young and Associates, please, please, please, do not give them a second thought.  The owner of this company is Ken (Kenny) Thomas, hides behind his mother's name, Katherine McKinnon and address on Harlem Road.  These loans are so recycled it's not even funny.  This office is NOT, I repeat, NOT a law office!  The people that work there are old washed up Jews, prostitutes, phsyco's with mental issues and tons of drug users.  So you see the people that are employed there are low lifes with no morals and only goal is to illegaly obtain money to support their habits.

Again, please do not have any fear that this company can do ANYTHING  to you.  Ken Thomas is a greedy, ugly, moraless scumbag who has no use for his employees unless they can bring in money by threatening consumers into paying this worthless debts.  THIS IS NOT A LAW OFFICE AND THEY DO NOT HAVE THE MEANS TO SUE OR GARNISH ANYONE....THEY DO NOT EVEN HAVE AN ATTORNEY ON RETAINER.  SO MY BEST ADVISE IS TO INGORE ANY AND ALL PHONE CALLS FROM THIS 'CHOP SHOP'  THEY BREAK EVER FDCPA RULE THERE IS.  MUCH IS COMING TO MR. I have repeatedly told these people to stop calling the workplace,they  switch names and have threatened me and provided no real information, the number is busy every time you try and call it.

These people are unreal! I received a call from a Dominick Poole who stated that I has missed "SEVERAL" court dates and if I didn't call this number by 6:00 P.M. tomorrow there would be a warrant issued for my arrest. Said they had tried to contact me the last 6 weeks by letters, e-mails, and phone calls. However I haven't received anything all at. The address that they had on file for me was an address I lived at years ago. Said it was regarding a bad check. Which I thought was funny since I don't have a checking account nor have had one in years. I pay my bills with a pre paid debit card. Also when I called the court house they checked all their files and nothing showed up. What gets me the most is the number shower up as a local number here and when I called it, it was the Sheriff's office. I told them what was going on and they have never heard of a Dominick Poole that no one was employed by that name. Even transferred me to the H/R dept. and they never heard of him either. They suggested that I file a compliant against him and his company. There is a  an app that can be downloaded to make another number show up instead of your number. And the number he used was the sherirff''s office number. His message said he would call me back later today. I will wait for that call. Yeah RIght...lol.. Looks like he should be charged for fraud using the Sheriff's office number and saying he was with them

Court cases are a matter of public record. Easy to check. Look at your City, or State's web site for the information. Most have phone number you can call to see if there is a court date booked - which is what you did. The fact that they called using a spoofed (fake) phone number shows the importance of NEVER giving out personal information on a call you did not make. Saw a tv show recently where a reporter called someone pretending to be a daughter (faked the phone number) & got her to give her SS#number.

Don't let these guys intimidate you.  They can't put you in jail.  They can't send the police to your house.  They can't take away your drivers license.  They are scammers.  Debt through any type of pay day loan place or check service is a civil case, not a criminal case.  The worst that can happen to you is that they garnish your wages.  But that is after a long process that these people won't do because it will cost them too much money.  If they say they can only give you a one time deal on some bogus debt they are full of crap.  DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD NUMBER EVER!!!  If you legitimately owe a debt that they can provide paperwork on make them create some kind of contract that states how many payments of what amount of money until the debt is paid off.  Then pay them with a money order.

Same here for me too.  Dominic Poole called me yesterday saying he had papers to serve me in my county.  Pretty funny since I work for a police department and know all the civil servers in our county.  Plus he didn't even pronounce my county's name correctly.  Big bunch of scammers.  Ignore them.  Don't give them your credit or debit card number EVER.

They all lie and try to scam you out of your money....what is nuts this was a payday loan that I paid! And I always request a copy of the letter that states that this bill has been paid in full.

Hmmm...if John Preston was fired in 2012, why did I get a message from him TODAY!  It is now Oct. 6, 2013!  This is such a scam!

WHICH I FOUND OUT WAS NOT LEGALLY TO DEAL HERE IN CA. SINCE I CALLED I THE NUMBER THREE DAYS AGO TELLING THEM I FOUND OUT YOUR COMPANY IS FRAUD / HE CALLED MY PARENTS HOUSE SAYING WE ARE PROFESSIONAL WE ARE NOT A SCAM / BUT HE STILL REFUSED TO LEAVE A ADDRESS WHERE THEY ARE/ AND THE COMPANY HE WAS COLLECTING FOR GOT NOTHING IN THE MAIL FROM EITHER OF THEM IT/S BEEN 8 MONTHS OR LONGER SINCE THAT LOAN NEVER GOT ANYTHING FROM THEM CALLS / LETTERS /EMAILS . I got a call from Dominik today. Said his last name was Pullo though.he said he worked with the Constable. When I asked which one he put me in hold and I was disconnected. Used a spoof dialer to call from the County Court House phone number. I have said it before and I say it again. This debt will not be paid. Please file a lawsuit and we can just have a trial. I got a 50/50 chance of having it rulled in my favor.

I've never gotten my letter. When I asked to have any paperwork faxed to me, because you failed to mail me the requested paperwork, you hung up on me.

Ex-employee - thanks for the valuable info.  I hope this info is correct.  I cannot locate this outfit with the New York Division of corporations or Secretary of State.  Do you  know what their legal name is?  They must have one is they issue 1099s.  Any help would be appreciated!!

my call was from a Mister Olan, phone # 888-995-0693. Stated i owed a payday loan n if i didnt pay i would be taken to court. 2 days later I got a call from a Joseph Kruger saying he was from the court, and wanted make an appointment to deliver 2 envelopes containing a civil and criminal complaints. He asked me to call Mr. Olan at the number above with ext. # 108. to resolve it over the phone to save him a trip to my home. I did so and then called the court back to let him know i talked with Mr. Olan, The woman that answered told me there was no one by the name of Joseph Kruger that worked there and she took my name and checked and there was no papers or envelopes there waiting to be delivered to me. She then told me that these phone calls sounded very fishy. I do believe this is a scam and if they call again i will tell them to deliver the papers.
