Yes the same lady Jan Allen is still harassing me and she is extremely rude and threatening. I had to call and leave her a voicemail and tell her to leave me alone or I was gonna call my state attorney. Will see if she backs off.

They are the ones who are unprofessional. They threaten and talk to you like you are dumb. I know for a fact that I paid off my debt promptly and it was 3 years ago. These people need to leave us working folks alone. I won't be talked to like I'm an idiot especially by a SCAMMER!

Called with the same old tired routine of going to file criminal complaints for fraudulent checks or a lawsuit.  Following the advice from the Texas court system and process server division about these illegal collection practices, everytime I get these calls I file a criminal report with the fbi.  Eventually when law enforcement gets enough complaints they will start going after these collection agencies that operate illegally.  They are not bonded in states they are supposed to be and violate federal and state collection laws constantly.  At least now when they do get busted for something their phone numbers and names will show up in fbi complaint files.

IF YOU READ THE CONTRACT YOU AGREE TO YOU WOULD KNOW NOT ONLY CAN WE OBTAIN CIVIL LITIGATION AGAINST YOU BUT, AS IT STATES IN OUR CONTRACT, WE CAN PURSUE THE INDIVIDUAL ON BAD CHECK CHARGES WHICH DIFFER IN EACH STATE AND SOMETIMES COUNTY SPECIFIC. IT ALSO STATES IN THE CONTRACT THAT WE CAN, AND WILL, APPEAL OUR CASE IF YOU ATTEMPT TO FILE BANKRUPTCY AND INCLUDE THIS. IN OUR CONTRACT IT STATES THAT IN THE EVENT YOU ATTEMPT TO FILE BANKRUPTCY, THE JUDGE HAS TO ABIDE BY THE CONTRACT AND GRANT FULL RESTITUTION.
     I'M SORRY IF YOU FEEL WHAT I AM SAYING IS INCORRECT BUT *******READ THE CONTRACT******** YOU AGREED TO OR ACCEPTED TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND YOU WOULD KNOW YOU HAD TO PAY THIS BACK REGARDLESS.
